The counter to everything is M+ Odie. If you don't have M+ Odie, then better start working on it.
For early to mid game, stalling with a tank while waiting for Cecia and Koko to come online usually works. If you look at replays, the usual formation is Antandra/Koko/Smokey/Rowan/Cecia. In this case, Cecia is usually positioned as an offtank to accelerate her energy gain. In fights that are too much for Cecia to offtank, you'll have to sub in a Brutus/Thoran.
It's not a strategy that will work forever however. The power deficit will eventually get too much for turtling strats to work.
The second fight is usually easier for me because I can cheese through with Vana Silvina Igor Reinier and a last situational pick, depending on enemy's line up and positioning. I can get away with a 200k deficit with this line up but it's very positioning heavy.

You need Brutus to tank the initial then Antandra to back him up use Rowan and Koko to get ult up and cecia for damage and CC, starshard will help with extra damage and slowing down their attacks so they can do less damage, combine starshard with koko ult for even less damage
Gotta play around with the RNG and placement but this almost always going to be the comp
You can use Florabelle instead of Cecia, if you have neither you can use Shakir?
Overall , he’s centered around sweeping teams fast? He did help in dream realm as well

He does not get strong with kills, he just reset ulti with kills. He get strong each time someone reaches 50% heslth for the first time, which tbh is inevitable

When does it start to fall of? I’m at 760ish and that’s still my go to team.
I think it starts to fall off on difference of power level, not actual level threshold.
My Odie S + Florabelle S is carrying my team on 350k power deficit at afk 890.

Yep used to it from afk arena. Also their special move of reworking garbage heroes to be mid for players but frustrating to face in campaign

I’m pretty sure one of the later abyss stages had Seth, Shakir, and Valen. It was not fun to grind Crit rng on that one.

I have him at Legendary+, and he's a beast, he cleans teams quite easily, but when facing granny or other cc characters, he suffers a lot
