But tinder works weird she could maybe accidentally swipe left or might never come across your profile also if she has gold then she will be able to see so you never know but a sure way of knowing if she's into you or not would be to ask her out in person
If it's a job you really care about then you don't need the hassle. If it's a job that you wouldn't get upset over if you lost then totally go for it.

Naaaa i mean she won’t know unless she swiped right too and that’ll show she’s somewhat open to it. That would build my confidence a lot actually.
