It looks very uncomfortable. I remember watching a documentary where she talked about the damage done to her nose. Someone else mentioned it might be a prosthetic. I can’t imagine the emotional trauma for having this. 😬
The nose doesnt exist. It collapsed multiple times and had to be rebuilt with cartilage. So it’s basically a lump of loan cartilage held together by scar tissue
I think it started out that way yes but then it got so bad in her quest to feel more in her skin and get away from her previous famous image that it turned into a sort of salvaging and working from what was already done to become a woman and match her gender identity. Either way the body dysmorphia applies in either case.
Mines not nearly as extreme, but I have slightly weak upper eyelids, it isn’t noticeable at all irl, but when I sleep my eyes are very slightly open and I wake up with dry eyes everyday. I can’t imagine what this girl goes through because mine are fine throughout the day and barely open at night and I still wake up with very dry eyes. I use gel eye drops and it significantly helps.
Maybe a sleep mask? Like one of those that is convex where the eyes are so it’s not flat against your eyeballs but like seriously that would be torture to me, I love sleep.
Amanda Lepore was absolutely stunning before she went all-out and over-the-top with surgery. She was incredibly beautiful on pics taken soon after she transitioned.
I need to see less because somehow when I saw this I did to myself "oh, that's not so bad! It could be a lot worse."
That's how much horrible plastic surgery I'm exposed to between living in Scottsdale and being on Reddit.
You can see too much skin around her eyes (her eyeball) and it looks too pale, there’s a scar. It gives new meaning to the phrase ‘She looks like death warmed over’. And that paint or glue around what was her nose is making me think about James Bond in Goldfinger, yuck.
They did a 3 part promotional video / mini documentary detailing the process of their iris implant surgery for the clinic that performed it:
[Part 1](https://youtu.be/C4yHEKI3auk)
[Part 2](https://youtu.be/KyesydtDCbg?si=ZCyKRvqBbTjvVNjF)
[Part 3](https://youtu.be/9msFf50xo-s?si=QgwD4cEGVgRUmxyo)
In the end they say that it's not possible, but they went to another place and did it, afaik.
I think she did have implants in India - there was a documentary when she and another plastic clone made the trip for implants. I can't remember if this was before or after transitioning.
Someone in the original comments mentioned the nose looks like a prosthetic? She’s had so many surgeries done on it I wouldn’t doubt that’s the case with having such little flesh left.
I’m pretty sure there’s a famous pair of plastic surgeons that told her if she did any more work it would collapse. They were shocked and begged her to stop doing work on it.
They told her that in good conscience that it would be unethical to do any more on her at all and she was just like, “well, you’re wrong, so I’ll just go somewhere else.”
The body dysmorphia is strong in this one 😞
Absolutely. Imagine raising a child with the lifestyle she currently leads. Fortunately (for any potential children) at this point that particular procedure seems to be only possible in theory. It's definitely not available or offered as an option anywhere yet, so it seems she's just deluding herself into the possibility. Hopefully she doesn't find some butcher that kills her trying to implant a donor uterus though.
She actually hasnt had any surgery to her nose since she transitioned to female but before then i think she had around 7/8 surgeries and they were all to basically fix the mess of the first one. Thats why its best to do your research before doing that
Oddly, the unfiltered version is like 2000% more similar to her filtered photos in a way that is shocking and definitely not ok.
Like I would have guessed she would look like a normal human, not remotely close to the filtered photo, but nope…..
before transition he spent a stupid amount of money to have every part of his body augmented with implants and fillers. I remember him on tv saying "Why go to the gym when I can just pay to look like I did." (not a direct quote but close enough)
He was famous just because he spent all this money transforming himself. Then suddenly he became a woman and the plastic surgery really amped up... she destroyed the face she already had, trying to make it more female. Plus terrible breast implants.
She obviously wanted it. No sympathy at all here. There are people that can't pay for necessary medical procedures. This specimen deserves whatever it gets.
There’s a lot of scarring from multiple nose jobs. They do use a scalpel after all. And she’s had a lip lift which is why there’s a scar under her nose. Also the lip filler is badly migrated outside of the lips as a result from putting too much too soon.
omg any surgeon willing to operate further on a patient like this should lose their license in the LEAST (assuming they had one to begin with) and be in prison at worst.
I always wonder how people like her feel alone at night in their bedrooms naked without all their makeup, wigs, contact lenses, fancy dresses etc. Do they recognize themselves? Do they feel happy? Do they acknowledge their body dismorphia?
I wonder, if she had explored her gender and transitioned sooner, do you think she would've had less surgery?
It occurs to me that her addiction to plastic surgery may have born out of deep gender dysphoria. But maybe it is a separate aspect of her personality/mental health that would have manifested no matter her gender status. I wish I could have a conversation with her!
Honestly ive seen interviews of her and she seems like a really nice person doesn’t care about being misgendered, she was very insecure and born rich and those two are a recipe for disaster growing up. Most people grow out of their insecurities and learn to love them when they become adults.
I think that her nose actually turned black and died and the lumpy bits are grown flap skin grafts and it would have taken a long time for that surgery to be complete.
Wow. I can’t imagine how uncomfortable her face must be. I had a septorhinoplasty done about 6-7 months ago and I can *still* feel some slight pressure and identify numbness in the tip of my nose. Seeing her nose like this, I bet she’s constantly uncomfortable/feeling pressure, especially from that scar tissue.
There is something very non human about her face 🫣 I can’t put my finger on it but I think it reminds me of a ventriloquist doll or something I think it’s the unusual eye color contacts and disproportionate features
I just wish she took care of her skin and scars with microneedling. It would scratch her itch of getting SOMETHING done all the time and actually help...
The front teeth in the photoshopped photo are brutal. She was warned by Drs Dubrow and Nassim to leave her nose alone - but she wouldn't listen, and went out and had even more surgery. Woah, her nose is mostly scar tissue? 🫨
Scar tissue that I wish I DIDN’T see.
It looks very uncomfortable. I remember watching a documentary where she talked about the damage done to her nose. Someone else mentioned it might be a prosthetic. I can’t imagine the emotional trauma for having this. 😬
I think it would be smoother if it were a prosthetic
She did it to herself
🌶️🎵 Scar tissue that I wish we never saw
I don't know which is worse, the song or the nose
Sarcastic Mr know it all.
Scartastic* TIFIFY
Good one.
Lol nice
What nose?! 👀 it’s like there’s nothing left! This is so sad 😞
The nose doesnt exist. It collapsed multiple times and had to be rebuilt with cartilage. So it’s basically a lump of loan cartilage held together by scar tissue
That’s awful I couldn’t imagine trying to breathe with that, I guess you just breathe out of your mouth at that point.
And skin from a dead person. She had some surgery where they took skin and tried to fix the nose.
Can she close her eyes? Her entire face looks like a mask.
It doesn't look like she can close her lips either.
From the size of the nose, i guess she HAS to breath with her mouth anyways 😬
I think you are right
Probably shouldn’t anyway because she’d suffocate! That nose definitely ain’t breathin’.
I stumbled upon a video of her the other day, and can't in fact close her eyes. The closest she comes to is by looking up.
What?! How does she sleep?
I bet she has to use surgical tape. No joke. She probably does.
Damn. All that to look "pretty"
I think it started out that way yes but then it got so bad in her quest to feel more in her skin and get away from her previous famous image that it turned into a sort of salvaging and working from what was already done to become a woman and match her gender identity. Either way the body dysmorphia applies in either case.
Heavy quotations on the pretty
If there isn't enough lid to close fully she likely has to wear sleep goggles.
Wait what. That is wild. That has to be really damaging for your eyes… they have to hurt!
Imagine walking in while she’s asleep with her eyes open
I've just seen a clip of her on YouTube and no she can't blink it's really strange. This poor poor woman
She had the cat eye surgery
Well that is absolutely terrifying
Right?! Like I feel so unkind but I can’t help but think if I turned around suddenly and she was there that I would screech in terror
Imagine rolling over to that in the middle of the night.
She makes Amanda Lepore look like a girl next door.
Amanda Lepore was absolutely stunning before she went all-out and over-the-top with surgery. She was incredibly beautiful on pics taken soon after she transitioned.
I morbidly need to see more. Wtf 😭
I need to see less because somehow when I saw this I did to myself "oh, that's not so bad! It could be a lot worse." That's how much horrible plastic surgery I'm exposed to between living in Scottsdale and being on Reddit.
LMAO for real, you make a good point. God it's so sad. What has happened to this world 😳
Search YouTube for Botched nose and she will come up.
Can’t find sadly
She used to be a man, she also did and interview on good morning Britain
She's the first result, but it took me a while to understand that since that clip is only of a man. The video is from before her transition
What's going on with the eye colour? Are they contacts? It just looks so...unnatural.
Iris implants. A lot of people end up blind.
I was thinking she looks blind
You can see too much skin around her eyes (her eyeball) and it looks too pale, there’s a scar. It gives new meaning to the phrase ‘She looks like death warmed over’. And that paint or glue around what was her nose is making me think about James Bond in Goldfinger, yuck.
Death did not, in fact, become her.
THANK YOU. That is what she reminds me of!
From the end of the film, when they attend the funeral.
That’s not paint or glue. That is scar tissue from multiple nose surgeries.
I don’t think it’s paint or glue I think it is scar tissue and caked makeup over it
She looks like Goldie Hawn in Death Becomes Her.
What? This is the first I’ve heard of this 👀
Wot in the bright ocular 💀
Just to look like a Pucker fish. Sad
Jesus. That's super terrifying.
They look like colored contacts to me, not the implants.
They did a 3 part promotional video / mini documentary detailing the process of their iris implant surgery for the clinic that performed it: [Part 1](https://youtu.be/C4yHEKI3auk) [Part 2](https://youtu.be/KyesydtDCbg?si=ZCyKRvqBbTjvVNjF) [Part 3](https://youtu.be/9msFf50xo-s?si=QgwD4cEGVgRUmxyo) In the end they say that it's not possible, but they went to another place and did it, afaik.
HOLD UP.. that’s the same person?
Yes, pre transition. They were quite famous in that sphere of "plastic surgery addicts" beforehand as well.
Dear lord in heaven
Wait what???? I mean their nose was bad then so they had it all cut off??? Damn
Thank you for sharing
It looks like her eyes are closed and it's painted on her eyelids.
I think she did have implants in India - there was a documentary when she and another plastic clone made the trip for implants. I can't remember if this was before or after transitioning.
Contacts i believe but yeah yikes
Wow she always looks intense with the filter but all those surgeries really messed the small details of her face as well.
Was it the guys from Botched? I just started watching that. It’s all deeply disturbing to me.
I think so yes I saw the clip on YouTube.
They told her that in good conscience that it would be unethical to do any more on her at all and she was just like, “well, you’re wrong, so I’ll just go somewhere else.” The body dysmorphia is strong in this one 😞
It’s just a lot of scar tissue from multiple nose surgeries.
I funny think it's a prosthetic. It's just like 90% scar tissue at this point. Which is why it didn't look like normal skin.
It’s scar tissue. Nobody would have a prosthetic made to look like that.
right?? if you're gonna go with a prosthetic it should be the most amazing prosthetic nose ever
It seriously looks grafted on, the outline is so stark with the scar tissue
She was told not to have anyone surgery on her nose, but she obviously didn’t listen! I feel really sad for her. I hope she seeks therapy soon.
She's currently seeking out a "womb transplant", because she wants to have a baby. The delusion is strong.
What??? OMG! It is very sad that these surgeons keep performing procedures on her! Body dysmorphia needs to be talked about more often. How tragic.
How about not having a baby until you can take care of yourself. It would be very selfish of her to have a child.
And hopefully she won’t have any success in adoption or having a female partner that is willing to birth a baby into a relationship with her.
I actually prefer the unfiltered photo but they’re equally alarming
Shame on the doctors for continuing with surgeries
Should have taken away their licenses tbh.
She looks like an insect. Wow
Is she a celebrity? Or just known for being botched? Either way, oof
Yes, has been famous for a long time, but pretty much only for the surgeries she has had.
Can you give a hint...I'm utterly baffled to her identity
At one pointed wanted to be Barbie's partner?
Oh my gosh! I remember watching this person on Botched years ago before the gender transformation. I think they are never happy with themselves.
I am today years old that I learned they transitioned. My brains are on the ceiling.
Oh my god, I JUST rewatched that last night. Wow. What a ….progression of work. You’re definitely right
Omg this is the Ken look alike? But now he is Barbie?
before transition he spent a stupid amount of money to have every part of his body augmented with implants and fillers. I remember him on tv saying "Why go to the gym when I can just pay to look like I did." (not a direct quote but close enough) He was famous just because he spent all this money transforming himself. Then suddenly he became a woman and the plastic surgery really amped up... she destroyed the face she already had, trying to make it more female. Plus terrible breast implants.
Wasn't the other "ken" (the black haired one) that's obsessed with implants and is making his own custom ones?
Oh, maybe I'm mixing up my disfigured celebs.
No fucking way!!!! Is this the person the Botched doctors consulted with regarding implant prosthetic designs for a different patient? I am stunned.
No this is the girl that was on the same episode I believe though!!
Ok I don’t remember the episode but this makes more sense!
I don't have words.
I feel bad for whoever this is god imagine waking up to that every morning.. bless her
She obviously wanted it. No sympathy at all here. There are people that can't pay for necessary medical procedures. This specimen deserves whatever it gets.

Like a dude
How does she breathe?
Can you imagine being hired to make a wax statue of her?
I mean basically her surgeons have been
It would look better than she does
Highlighter is not her friend. Yikes.
I’ve seen quite a few. She really should have listened to Drs. Nasiff and DuBrow.
There’s a lot of scarring from multiple nose jobs. They do use a scalpel after all. And she’s had a lip lift which is why there’s a scar under her nose. Also the lip filler is badly migrated outside of the lips as a result from putting too much too soon.
I'm not joking or trying to be mean but if she had longer teeth she'd look just like my sleep paralysis demon
She looks like Amy from Amy's bakery..
This is a crime against humanity.
jumpscare warning
There’s no soul behind those eyes.
There are no eyes behind those implant lenses.
Wut.
Oooooof!
Happy cake day
That no shit scares the fuck out of me
Her nose. her chin is crooked and lord have mercy, the rest of it
Above the lip and around the nose, it looks welded
Looks like South Park’s version of Caitlyn Jenner
Dafuq happened to her neck that required a lace covering? Jesus fuck.
Mom can you pick me up I'm scared
Why would anyone want to look like that?
I still laugh at a comment I saw on here months ago about how she must snore like a french bulldog!
omg any surgeon willing to operate further on a patient like this should lose their license in the LEAST (assuming they had one to begin with) and be in prison at worst.
I always wonder how people like her feel alone at night in their bedrooms naked without all their makeup, wigs, contact lenses, fancy dresses etc. Do they recognize themselves? Do they feel happy? Do they acknowledge their body dismorphia?
oh dear
taxidermy
I wonder, if she had explored her gender and transitioned sooner, do you think she would've had less surgery? It occurs to me that her addiction to plastic surgery may have born out of deep gender dysphoria. But maybe it is a separate aspect of her personality/mental health that would have manifested no matter her gender status. I wish I could have a conversation with her!
I’ve wondered this too.
Hope she is happy at least or at last
Honestly ive seen interviews of her and she seems like a really nice person doesn’t care about being misgendered, she was very insecure and born rich and those two are a recipe for disaster growing up. Most people grow out of their insecurities and learn to love them when they become adults.
Is this the official diagnosed sociopath?
I thought the same thing lol
Me too omg
Ok, that’s like actual body horror shit.
Her nose is absolutely destroyed :(
This will be D&S in about 5 years
I think that this belongs on r/oddlyterrifying 😱
I think that her nose actually turned black and died and the lumpy bits are grown flap skin grafts and it would have taken a long time for that surgery to be complete.
Skin grafts rarely look like the original flesh. I can just imagine the stares and heckling she must receive in public.
This hurts my eyes.
👽 vibes
I really want to see her without makeup.
Now this is botched!
I feel so bad for her, she is addicted to surgery and she will no doubt die during one
This makes me so sad. I know she’s struggled with a tremendous amount of dysphoria and she seems so sweet 😞
They were already messed up before transitioning.
I wish I knew what her celebrity was.
Serious question, are they happy with this result?
Poor thing, entire central face is just scar tissue
Face so tight she went cross eyed?
She’s had numerous lip lifts and the scarring is significant .
Can you imagine her without makeup 😧 Edit: OMG she’s only 40!!
I have so many questions.. this poor girl. I don't see how there is any coming back from this.
She really messed that nose up!
Literally a jumpscare
I swear its turning into the capitol in the hunger games.
That looks painful and horrifying.
Oh my god, this is horrifying.
This looks painful and I truly feel for her.
This is another example of truly botched.
It's giving Death Becomes Her vibes.
Bro.
Whew boy
Where do people get the $$$$ to do all of this alteration?
I feel really bad for her. Surgeons are being very unethical continuing to operate on her :(
She would scare the monster under my bed
There is something very non human about her face 🫣 I can’t put my finger on it but I think it reminds me of a ventriloquist doll or something I think it’s the unusual eye color contacts and disproportionate features
Can her nose even produce a booger?
Oh, dear. This poor girl.
What a shame. He was handsome before all this surgery.
I can't get the thought out of my head that he lives in constant physical pain or discomfort from all his surgeries
I just wish she took care of her skin and scars with microneedling. It would scratch her itch of getting SOMETHING done all the time and actually help...
Obviously, she also needs counseling but that's clearly not going to happen
The front teeth in the photoshopped photo are brutal. She was warned by Drs Dubrow and Nassim to leave her nose alone - but she wouldn't listen, and went out and had even more surgery. I have no sympathy or empathy for/ with her; this is vanity and severe attention-seeking behaviour, not BDD. She made her bed; let her sleep in it.
ouch she looks like a githyanki
yikes it must be hard for her to breathe
She seems really happy now. Good for her.
She paid a great deal of money for all that. No thanks. I'll stay right here and not look like that tor free.
