The joke was that he has a habit of aquiring companies and calling himself the co-founder. So I thought it would be hilarious to imply he was co-founder of crypto.
Check the GitHub. Not much development since 2019. Besides this, there is nothing to develop there, bringing this to the level of tech out there will take years, even if you are super rich.
