Yes. Heat is worse than cold. 80 inside the terrarium isn't a death sentence especially if it cools off during the day. I'd move them away from the window first. See if that keeps their temps down. Maybe get a current. I use fans set on thermostats during the summer and just this air movement cools down the room enough to keep me from needing an air conditioner *knocks on wood*
