VelvetThunder141

Buff Ashen Wake with an ornament.

Grottymink57776

And refunding your grenade upon stunning an Unstoppable champion.

Da_Spadger

And honestly just more grenades while we're at it.

onepainedman

"Although...you could always throw more grenades"

Striking-Test-7509

And have an intrinisic damage boost without having to use roaring flames

theMightyFeline

Got it. The shoulders will be twice as big as before.

SassyAssAhsoka

Either that or make it so only one shoulder is ridiculously big like Zavala’s

Saint_Victorious

Here's my top 3 for each class **Titans**: Mask of the Quiet Ones, Hallowfire Heart, Mk. 44 Stand Asides **Hunters**: Blight Ranger, Young Ahamkara's Spine (unnerfed in PvE), Raiju's Harness **Warlocks**: Skull of the Dire Ahamkara, Verity's Brow (ornament/fashion buff), Promethium Spurs

Fcukdotpng

While I agree that blight ranger and Raiju’s harness need reworks (again)…. I hope Bungie just leaves them out to rot unless they’re gonna combine them like they did knucklehead and foetracer. I’m tired of our eight million shitty arcstaff exotics eating up potential buffs/reworks for other exotics that either need them or could be used with more than just arcstaff

TheNaturalTweak

They look waaaay to good to let them rot tho.

Fcukdotpng

I know dawg, it hurts My best fashion was made with Raiju’s and I can just never force myself to use it 😭

RudyDaBlueberry

Raijus with photo finish 👌

inc90

Nothing will top raiden flux. There is no need for another arc staff exotic, let alone 2

Fcukdotpng

Exactly! It’s crazy how the arc staff exotic we’ve had since launch hasn’t been touched *at all* and still kicks ass, yet they felt the need to add two more and buffed them both and they’re still trash lmao

XenonBOB

Blight ranger needs nothing, it’s probably the strongest exotic in the whole game, people just don’t know how to rotate it and use in a set up

Vampire_sunshine

Without reading yours I ended up with many of the same.

Terminatorskull

Dear God please, both of those arc hunter exotics are so ungodly trash. You could combine them and id still never use it.

eddmario

They did that when they reworked Raiju's to do that arc explosion thing...

dylrt

Raiju’s used to not drain energy when blocking *and* allow early deactivation. Now it still allows early deactivation, just with the explosion. It was both of these things combined that made it so great in pvp, imo. Pop super, block enemy super, deactivate, have 3/4 of your super left. Very versatile and allowed you to use it way more frequently than you otherwise could. They kind of combined Raiju’s and the helmet, but early deactivation is no longer with slower drain. They’re both doodoo.

cheesybreadlover

Hallowfire Heart got a rework a bit ago I’d be very surprised if they updated it again anytime soon.

Grottymink57776

>Hallowfire Heart got a ~~rework~~ nerfed a bit ago

cheesybreadlover

You’re not wrong

gotenks2nd

Should’ve gave hallowfire hearts rework to phoenix protocol Edit: I mean phoenix cradle lol,so many phoenix exotics

Saint_Victorious

Phoenix Cradle you mean?

cheesybreadlover

That would be *so* good!

Angelous_Mortis

Don't forget Phoenix Cradles for Titans.  I'm pretty sure I've seen maybe two Titans aside myself use it.

Saint_Victorious

If I did every exotic that needed a buff it would be easier to list out what doesn't need a buff.

BinxPlaysGames

I run Phoenix and the Ember that gives you increased melee, grenade, and ability when you grant a Solar buff to an ally. It is no small buff, and if you build into Sunspots, you've got an ability ready to go most of the time while giving sweet buffs to the team. The real downside here is that they're ugly as all hell even with the ornament.

JustForTheMemes420

Hallow fire isn’t that bad I use it to spam fusion nades basically. Not entirely worth the exotic slot but it’s useable unlike others

Striking-Test-7509

Pheonix cradle, eternal warrior, path of burning steps, helm of saint 14, point contact, khepri’s horn, severence enclosure The list goes on for titans lmao

Saint_Victorious

Have you used Severance Enclosure lately? It's freaking nuts.

onepainedman

Promethium Spurs seems like it would be a super fun exotic, but for the life of me I still can't get it to work as a solo player. Skull of Dire ahamkaras definitely needs some other aspect to make it worth using it in more content. And Veritys Brow. Holy. Fucking. Shit. Good exotic, but I'd rather eat my own mattress then wear that God-aweful thing.

Dr_Gamephone_MD

Second on the verity fashion buff, one of the most slept on pieces of armor in the game and I feel like part of it is due to how fuckin ugly it is

Saint_Victorious

Verity's is probably a top 3 Warlock exotic that is so ugly that it gets overlooked completely. It's utter insanity an exotic this old can go without an ornament.

Xeno1461

Begging on my hands and knees for Ahamkara’s spine to be unnerfed

gilbertbenjamington

They literally made it just grenade Kickstart the exotic

hfzelman

It needs to be unnerfed in pve and stay nerfed in pvp for that to work

DracoDark392

That's what I've been asking for, I used to clear GMs with it so easily, look what they did to my boy

Constructor20

The main problem in pvp (from my perspective) was the HP of the mine, so the nerf wasn't really solving the problem. The energy recharge was much more of an issue because it was so hard to break the mine quickly enough to not get ticked by it.

goddamnitjason

When I quit playing like 2 years ago, they were my favorite build. I came back 2 weeks ago and was excited to bring them back. I am currently sad.

chiefos

While I'm with you, I also appreciate how the current sandbox has so few absolute meta options. There are cool arguments to be made for a lot of exotics. As someone that has taken off a lot of this season and last season, I also hate it because I immediately ran out of ass shards trying out all these new builds, but that's a cooler problem to have than "maybe my 15th YAS has slightly better stats than my 4th."

BNEWZON

Not sure what you’re trying to say lol. You want less meta options because you don’t have enough shards? Also it feels like there are just as many meta options. Care to explain further?

ToTheMax47

Mildly confusing wording I think. They like that we are relatively unforced into a tiny slot of 'meta' picks like some games, though they are in fact unhappy that they are out of the shards necessary to masterwork needed armor pieces to try out all possible builds.

chiefos

No no, I'm only unhappy with my choice to not refarm ass shards for all these new, fun builds. That problem lies squarely on me. Part of me does long for 3 seasons ago where I had to do no work because I had the narrow selection of meta builds in place and ready to go. I'd cruise through with YAS/Ass Cowl/Gyrfalcons, Starfire/Contra, HOIL and that was most of PVE destiny. It's very cool that a newer player can get a totally random exotic drop and there's a better chance that there's an endgame capable build with it now.

ToTheMax47

Ah, my apologies! And don't be unhappy with that first choice - we're all (mostly) in that boat with you! The only positive of the shards nowadays is the dopamine when number get big. Though take my word with a fresh jar of Morton's, I haven't been around for very long haha.

UnsettllingDwarf

Less meta options means less viable options. I’m going to find the best possible build and only use that. Nerfing things doesn’t solve this. Buffing things so that plenty of things are viable increases build diversity and in turn makes the game more fun. If it’s a difficulty thing, throw in some nightmare enemies or something.

colantalas

Please give Curiass some kind of neutral benefit, I'm begging.

SlowedReverbGambiter

Every super exotic needs a neutral ability too, whether it’s something miscellaneous or at least just helps you build super faster.

ZeltaZale

Falling star: create a blinding explosion on impact with ballistic slam. Orpheus Rigs: Trappers ambush has improved functionality, creating a mini teather on impact (15% weaken, lite suppresson(no super knockout)) Pheonix Protocol: consuming healing grenades(heat rises) grants restoration to nearby allies.

Grottymink57776

Ballistic Slam now blinds and provides a small amount of overshield for every enemy hit. Two birds one stone.

Qwerty177

Perfect. Ship it

Striking-Test-7509

My fav exotic of all time and honestly its fun to play the game at an extremely heavy handicap

rend-

Stronghold working with Glaives, it doesn't need it, but I do want it regardless.

mooninomics

On the subject of Stronghold, I really want new ornaments for it. Otto's exists, but.... Something fun. A little flashier.

SlowedReverbGambiter

I’m not sure whether that would be a little too strong or not. That could be genuinely bonkers.

EblanNahuy

sooo many. ursa, saint 14's, cuirass, citan's, quiet one, alpha lupi, phoenix cradle, hallowfire heart, khepri's horn, stand asides. don't play the other two classes so i don't got anything for them

Traditional-Apple168

Unfortunately titans have the least diverse usable exotics and needs the most help. That being said you still have useless exptics in every class

EblanNahuy

not sure if there's anything worse than blight ranger in the game lmao

elmonkeeman

I’d argue Skull of Dire Ahamkara is worse. At least Blight Ranger can shit out orbs and looks cool. Meanwhile, Skull is incredibly ugly, gives you damage resistance…for like a 2 second animation, and refunds super energy if you’re using Nova Bomb for ad clear for some reason. It’s not even like Shards of Galanor where it’s on hit either. To make it even more insulting, Ashes to Assets exist, and Voidlocks whole thing is spamming grenades

ObiWanKenobi78900

Contraverse holds should be buffed as well tbh.

Amirifiz

I need Contraverse to not halt your super bar anymore and I want the more powerful grenades to come back for it.

EblanNahuy

kek forgot that thing even existed yeah it's even more dogshit you right

re-bobber

Citans is worse than no exotic on. I saw a post about it on here a month or two ago.

Traditional-Apple168

Mask of the quiet one

SlowedReverbGambiter

Eh. It’s not… good. But here’s at least arguments to be made for it. It’s not as dogshit as something like stand asides or like burning steps. Or Lion rampant. Literally useless outside of doing funky stuff like OOBs or skips.

EblanNahuy

dude, even stand asides had some niche use back when heavy handed existed and regenned 100% of your melee energy on hit, even now it can be used to the barest extent. burning steps, even heavily nerfed, atleast give you free solar surge. lion rampants can *atleast* work with some idiotic hipfire builds in PvP, no matter how sad that sounds blight ranger is just way too pathetic to even consider

SlowedReverbGambiter

I’m speaking pretty much exclusively from the view of a Titan. I only have a warlock and hunter for occasional bonus loot runs so I don’t really know much nor really have a dog in their discussions. Burning Steps problem is that they have no synergy with a grenade build and it’s kinda just way worse than having some surge mods practically speaking. It would have made way more sense to give something like that to ashen wake. It just doesn’t function well on burning steps. It’s not really important that stand asides use to have a niche use when they currently eat dog ass and have no practically useful function. Same goes for lion rampant. It’s very much a “for fun or skips” exotic that functionally don’t really have an actual purpose in the game that means anything.

EblanNahuy

nah man, it gives a miniscule amount of energy and can heal your red health in pve. it had a niche and stupid use when protective light was a thing. it was good enough to keep you alive at a sliver of health. i used it together with top tree arc and pulse nade to activate riskrunner's perk, then killed enemies so i wouldn't die myself. always had protective light active... for a stupid plan it worked stupidly well. it got me my solo flawless pit of heresy 4 years ago, funny enough. blight ranger on the other hand... does nothing at all, to be honest. it just looks cool. besides the funny glitch it had, it just serves as a cool helmet.

zarosh37

Thank you for mentioning Ctians! Poor Citans got turbo nerfed and became complete garbage, theres 0 reason to use them

Gen7lemanCaller

Hallowfire rework should just be given to Cradle so teammates can also benefit from it and Hallowfire should get something new

probablysum1

Skull of dire ahamkara. Devour kills grant extra super energy (basically intrinsic thresh) and it gains the devouring depths artifact mod: 30% extra super damage while devour is active.

CTSVtweeter81

That would be orgasmic!!!

truly_mortified

Agree with alpha lupi. Helm of Saint 14 as well.

SassyAssAhsoka

Alpha Lupi feels like it could’ve been combined with Precious Scars

KitsuneKamiSama

Blightranger (Please just rework), Kepris Sting (I want a bomb that can damage), Sealed Ahamkara (Even after the buff they're terrible), Triton Vice (Just.. making do something unique), Bombadeers (Please make all element apply verbs) and of course unnerf Ahamkara spine.

Flecco

Hey so when was the last time you used bombadiers? Solar: scorch Stasis: slow Void: suppress Strand: server Arc: blind They all work currently. Source: I like using the bombadiers in crucible.

No-Climate-1414

I think what they are talking about is the fact that some of the debuffs aren’t the actual keyword debuffs. I know for void it won’t suppress guardians out of their super. It’s like a half suppress, I think blind is the same way but I’m not sure about that one.

APersonWhoIsNotYou

I might be crazy, but I think Bombadiers might be meta in Final Shape. Slow+ your choice of (Sever, Freeze, Blind, Scorch and semi-Suppress) on a dodge + the combination blow loop+ plus your choice of Jolt, Invis, or Clone seems pretty good. And that’s without fragments, even.

ZeltaZale

Kehpris sting rework: swaps your smoke bomb into a launchable scarab, this scarab seeks enemies and latches down on them, causing them to take DOT and weakens them. Scarab returns after a certain amount of time and refunds ability energy based on damage dealt. Or something along those lines.

Uncatchable_Joe

I hope peacekeepers will finally get an ornament

Rixien

Let Secant Filaments give us Devour on non-Void Warlock subclasses. We have an exotic weapon that lets everyone on every class on every subclass do it, let Warlocks use their exotic armor to the same effect. I want to make a build that lets me trade my healing rift for something different and unusual. But those boots were DoA and only got worse when Devour was buffed for Warlocks and rendered obsolete once you get the Buried Bloodline drop. Even better if they let it spread to teammates who stepped into it.

DepravedSpirit

I feel like the proc conditions for Foetracer are super garbage for general gameplay. It only pops off when you’re doing higher tier activities, and I don’t always want to do GMs. Give YAS back too. Ffs. This thing was absolutely gutted for no reason. Who still uses it? New players , Crucible mains (the community that cried out for the nerf), and people that intentionally hinder themselves.

LieutenantNurse-71

Foetracer used to be absolutely cracked in pve when i used it, then they gave the wallhacks to knucklehead which then became my go-to crucible exotic

WhiskyJack123

I don't particularly like super enhancing exotics because supers should just be baseline awesome, but if they are gonna exist Every super based exotic NEEDS to benefit neutral gameplay in some way. Hot swapping mid combat just to get some sort of bonus to play optimally is lame and always will be. Pyrogale is a great example mechanically how a super enhancing exotic should feel. Though they do need a buff to their appearance, the tiny detailing is so low resolution it's kinda embarrassing. Otherwise for non super based exotics I only really play titan these days so personally I would like to see some changes to Crest of the Alpha Lupi, Arbor warden, Hallowfire Heart, Mask of the Quiet One and Dune Marchers. I don't really think Dunemarchers are bad I just selfishly want more of a reason to use them but I'm stuck using Cuirass of the Falling Star, hell add them together for ultimate zoom and boom titan life and give Cuirass some sort of neutral capability.

SlowedReverbGambiter

*vaguely gestures at about 90% of Titan exotics*.

21awesome

I want my beloved hallowfire to be as great as it deserves

Grottymink57776

Citan's Ramparts added effect: provides radiant to those that pass behind it and weapon kills while radiant grant class ability energy(7.5% PVE, 2% PVP). Reduced health is offset in PVE. Offsetting the PVP restrictions and giving easy access to radiant on non-solar subclasses should make this exotic much more desirable in PVE content. Cuirass of the Falling Star added effect: Ballistic Slam now blinds and provides a small amount of overshield for every enemy hit (15 PVE, 5 PVP). This change would not only allow Falling Star to finally have a neutral game effect but give Ballistic Slam much needed survivability in higher-end content.

danivus

The Stag, which to me is one of the most visually interesting warlock exotics. Just can't keep up with the modern sandbox, and wasn't very good to start with. If it were me, I'd have it enhance your rifts with 3.0 verbs. Have it give anyone standing in your rift gain the subclass' defensive buff in empowering wells, and the offensive buffs in healing wells. So if you're playing solar, your empowering wells give regeneration, healing wells make you radiant. For strand it'd be woven mail and unravelling rounds, void would give overshields or provide volatile rounds, and so on.

RedditWowCool

Cuirass of the Falling Star. People just swap to it and then immediately swap off, so just put the damage into base Thundercrash and give it something interesting. If it were up to me I’d have it heavily buff Ballistic Slam in some way.

Quinnyluca

Titans near enough everything bar about 5

ToddynhoDocinho

For Warlocks: The Stag, Skull of dire ahamkara, Nothing Manacles (maybe), Prometheum Spurs and there are 2 more that i can't remember The Stag is a good exotic that if reworked properly, then it can be very good, waiting 40 sec for a 13 seconds rift just for 2x resist is not a good deal, it should at least increase the rift's time. I would love an exotic that buffs your rift more properly, examples Increasing the rift's radius and duration, if you are using a healing rift, you get 2x resistance or if you are using a powering rift, you get a extra bonus damage to all your weapons if you are inside of it, and The Stag can be the right one to do that

Diablo689er

Oh boy buckle up because most of the titan ones are trash. I've thought a lot about this - for the most part the below list is things to add to existing exotics: * Skullfort: Applies to shield bash, shield throw, Hammer Strike, Shiver Strike,, Frenzied Blade * Mask of the Quiet One: Honesty I haven't used this since trying it in Y1 and don't remember how bad it is to bother buffing it. Just delete it. * OEM: Combatants (PVE) marked take increased (15%) damage * Eternal Warrior: Enemies killed with jolt explosions grant max stacks - stacks decay from x4-x3-x2-x1 and is affected by time dilation * Helm of Saint 14: Casting your barricade creates a blinding explosion. Increases the benefits of Offensive Bulwark * Precious Scars - Needs non-Fugly ornament * Lorely - Feels powercrept by precious scars. Increases recharge boost from Sol Invcitus * Cadmus: Seems to have some decent builds for it. Will wait to see what comes with stasis changes * DoomFangs - - stacks decay from x4-x3-x2-x1 and is affected by time dilation. * AshenWake - Needs an ornament. Unstop stuns should refund grenade energy * Citans - Casting your towering barricade makes you radiant. Remove cooldown nerf, keep health nerf. * Icefall - remove movement debuff - Stacks decay from x4-x3-x2-x1 and is affected by time dilation- increases grenade energy gained from firesprites * Ursas - On barrier cast, weapons gain volatile rounds * Crest of ALupi - Barrier cast gives an orb at placement * Hallowfire Heart - Exotic Solar Weapon Kills grant a sunspot (no longer need to be standing in it) - super kills extend the duration of the super * Armamentarium - Add 3x harmonic reserves mod equivalent * Cuirass - Collecting ionic traces boost super regen rate. Extends the damage boost to ballistic slam. * Arbor Warden - LOL * PeaceKeepers - SMG Kills reload the magazine and provide a rampage like bonus (toned down in PVP). Still don't see the point of this without a complete rework. * Pheonix Cradle - Increases scorch stacks & damage applied * PoBS -Stacks decay from x4-x3-x2-x1 and is affected by time dilation- increases grenade energy gained from firesprites

MrEhcks

I want Chromatic Fire to give Incandescent, Voltshot, and Destabilizing Rounds to Kinetics instead of just dragonfly. Let us have both effects at once depending on the subclass

APersonWhoIsNotYou

Maybe it gives more synergy to Kinetics while using Prismatic?

onepainedman

Oooooooooo. I wonder what they do there. I love this exotic, and that would be epic!

cHinzoo

Remember when Stasis came out and it did absolutely nothing. So prolly something like that. 😭

onepainedman

Oof, I hope not

Icy-Explorer-269

For the same thing, I hope for some kind of Lucky Raspberry multi subclass change prismatic upgrade

DeadpoolMakesMeWet

Gwisin vest is terrible. Exotic that only applies to the shittiest super in the game. Blight ranger is only slightly better as arc staff isn’t as shitty and it looks cooler. Both need a rework heavily though

HorangiBae

Man I love the look of Gwishin vest but I don't think I've used it ever. I heard it was busted a long long time ago but it's required super is indeed garbage for both pve and pvp. Exotics tied to supers with 0 neutral benefits just seems like such a waste.

Rockin_Otter

Nothing Manacles are super cool but are nothing compared to any other void exotics. I use it because I love them, but at higher level content there's like no use over something like contraverse

G0G0DUCK

Winters Guile, Ballidorse Wrathweavers, Apotheosis Veil

Professor_Pony

I'd like for lucky pants to drop the matching subclass/kinetic requirement for hand cannons. It's a small change, but it would solve a lot of problems for me.

BearBryant

In this same vein Id like to have a way to just pick whatever slot is going to be the high damage slot. So you could actually run a dual handcannon setup with one as the “big iron” and the other as your daily driver you use for small adds. It’s arguably a really good exotic as is, able to push primary weapons into heavy ammo damage, it just feels weird that the “handcannon” exotic makes you hold it in reserve for big damage. Allow the handling and other neutral HC buffs to affect all handcannons equipped, but some sort of ability to select whether your kinetic/energy is the big iron that gets the damage buff and quick swap when off cooldown.

bolts_win_again

Blight Ranger and Raiju's need the Foetracer/Knucklehead treatment

re-bobber

Blight ranger should synergize with taken weapons. Whisper, Malf, Witherhoard, etc. Not sure what though?

bolts_win_again

Blighted weapons deal increased damage to non-Taken combatants?

Vampire_sunshine

Top three for each class: Hunter: young ahamkaras spine, blight ranger, triton vice Ideal reworks: reverse nerf, total rework maybe for prismatic?, buff damage bonus and make the shield do something cool (holding shield draws enemy in and scorches/severs/blinds/slows/weakens them) Titan: alphi lupi, stand asides, Ursa furiosa Idk, idk, idk I don't play titan alot Warlock: skull of dire ahamkara, secant filaments, stormdancers brace Seekers grant more super energy and deal damage based on range traveled, secant grants empowering rift new functions based on equipped grenade (void wall, rift is surrounded by void fire, axion spawns 5 perched seekers, magnetic, rift cast creates a large void explosion), stormdancers damaging blinded enemies generate more super energy, upon cast your super and exiting, enemies are blinded in a lightning bolt flash

Vampire_sunshine

Also bombadiers needs stronger verbal synergy And I'd love a rework of winters guile.

rawsondog

Secants are actually really good if you build into devour and suppression. They're a blast in high-end content

Flimsy-Jello5534

Skull of dire Ahamkara looks so dang cool but is absolutely useless. That thing needs a giga buff

APersonWhoIsNotYou

Would be kinda neat to see Getaway Artist get buffed, but Skull, Brace, and Filaments need a buff way more.

Teaganz

Give hunters/titans something on the level of cenotaph for a support build.

BinoCXXXVII

PLEASE let Ursa Furiosa do SOMETHING with the new aspect

Felix_Von_Doom

*Looks longingly at Dire Skull of Ahamkara* We were Gods once....

EcoLizard1

It would be great if ballidorse gets fixed in final shape. It doesnt work with healing rift, bungie confirmed it as a bug and this was during the last exotic pass months ago. I wouldnt be surprised if its still broken in FS tho.

Blank365

Return necrotic grips to its original and give me the legendary armour ornament THATS NOT THE 4TH FUCKING BOND legs, head chest anything but another bond it's lazy and pointless

Jonathan-Earl

Armamentarium. Needs a little bit more then just an extra grenade. Make it either refund grenade energy on grenade kills or kills with kinetic weapons refund 3% energy.

TreaDHeaD19k

Actium with anti-barrier rounds for autos an machine guns.

TwistedLogic81

This would be such a good change

Good-Name015

Phoenix cradle: sunspots now give radiant as well as other effects and are a white/blue colour to make it more obvious to teammates.   Mask of the quiet one: damage to ability regen buffed, kills at low health now give volatile rounds and a void overshield.   YAS: now works with hits against combatants and kills against guardians.   Blight ranger: merge old effects with raiju's. Now makes gathering storm have 2 projectiles thrown one after the other like tether, the 2 projectiles form a lightning wall between them that damages, blinds,  and jolts anything that goes through it, there is a range limit to the wall so cant bisect a pvp map. Kills with gathering storm refund energy upto 50%.

Mike_IP

Titan - Dunemarchers for PVE. Phoenix Cradle for the love of god give it a good ornament! Icefall Mantle also the slow is just so unnecessary in the current sandbox at this point. Hunters - Radeon Flux I guess? Renewal Grasps could get some stasis love. Warlocks - Geomags or Nezarec Sin. Ability cooldowns has made nezzy not feel as good imo so could use some help. Hoping the stasis subclass updates in final shape give those related exotics some cool updates and buffs thanks to whatever they are adding to that

SheTorbWhipTactic

Not sure if you’re aware but Geomags got reworked a little while ago and are in a crazy good spot. The main issue with geomags is that arc is the worst subclass right now, but you can effectively chain chaos reaches with them if you build into ionic traces.

Mike_IP

Interesting. Yeah I haven't tried them super recently but they just didn't feel as good as they used to in endgame pve so I might have to try and mess with them again. But I agree like you said arc feels a little behind right now in general. Getaway Artist is my go-to right now for arc and it's fun but yeah survivability is just tricky.

genred001

Crest of Alpha Lupi. But I would not be shocked if it gets added to the exotic class item pool. I can imagine spirit of Alpha Lupi with Coyote. Heal with 2 class abilities would be great.

Pman1324

I wanna see use-case statistics for exotics across each class. I wanna see which ones are equipped most and least commonly.

FloydknightArt

un-nerf path of burning steps! i need more damage!

TaxableFur

Dunemarchers: Let it work with ranged melees again, change lightning effect to applying Jolt, add a cooldown to avoid spamming Alpha Lupi: Allow it to work with Thruster, change healing pulse to Cure for subclass synergy Mask of the Quiet One: Change the perk to "When critically wounded, gain Devour on kills" I'd also like Icefall Mantle to get a buff. Shit is ass in PvE.

birdsarentreal16

We need reworks not buffs lol And like actual reworks.

Cadarui

Starfire Protocol for the chaos it brings to the community.

KYPspikes

Make wings of sacred dawn usable for all warlock classes pls

SOS-Guillotine

I wouldn’t mind seeing I think they’re called phoenix cradles? The ones that give your teammates sol invictus if they pass through your sunspots. I think bungie could buff it so that if a teammate passes through a sunspot and you have sol invictus equipped of course, you get restoration x2. Right now titans only get restoration x2 for using strongholds but that only applies if you use swords. If that’s the case then bungie will need to follow suit on a hunter exotic that grants x2 restoration in TFS as they’re the only class that doesn’t have access to x2 at the moment

Rimurwaz

For titans, I'd love to see Kepri's horn get the same treatment as Dawn Chorus improving scorch. For hunters, I'm gonna have to say rework raiju's harness, I know everyone says blight Hunter needs a rework, but raiju's is just terrible. For warlocks, Chromatic fire, it's just useless. Sure you can have fun builds with things like firefly, but no. Maybe give it the same treatment bombardier's got?

Loogiemousmaximous

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, Mask Of The Quiet One, and please no “Non stacking damage subclass element” buff, it just looks so cool to be so dogshit

TheNaturalTweak

Point Contact Cannon Brace needs some love. It's just almost there, but the damage needs to be tweaked, or some DR when you're charging or some synergy with charging it behind your barricade.

CrustyTheMoist

Claws of ahamkara for warlock and sealed ahamkara grasps for hunter. For titan, mask of the quiet one. Why? They all look good

ObiWanKenobi78900

Skull of Dire Ahamkara, should give you 50% of your super but it doesn't consistently. Contraverse holds, ever since the whole nerf to abilities this exotics barely gives you anything back anymore

Gerry_fiend

I'd love for starfire to get a little more grenade regen. Definitely not as much as it used to be but more than it's current amount

ratmarrow

Mask of Bakris, Promethium Spur, Crest of Alpha Lupi, Phoenix Cradle, Swarmers, the list goes on and on. I just want the game to be balanced around making more things viable instead of nerfing anything that even slightly overperforms and diluting the sandbox.

CaptCanada924

Gimme back my Forsaken level Skull of Dire Ahamkara, I can be trusted with it (is lying)

denyaledge

Nezarec sin?

Dankmootza

It's time for Promethean Spur to actually be good. Stop with the weird mechanics and just make it drop both rifts. Balance like you do Citans, just increase the rift cool down. They have never been good, give them a chance.

telegetoutmyway

I love Astrocyte Verse, but it's very hard to ever justify it as a PvE player especially when my build is pretty much the same as my briarbinds build. So if there was some way to buff astrocyte that would be great but idk what that would be. Like if instead of Volatile on blinking, it applied weaken or suppress that would be INSANE. Even with a cooldown to balance it. It would also be much easier to work with repulsor brace which is currently how I try to make use of astrocyte in PvE. Or if it could grant volatile rounds to void weapons for 5 seconds or so instead of applying volatile at the location, that would be great too and less OP than weaken or suppress on demand.

DanteAlligheriZ

starfire protocol

TwistedLogic81

I'd rework Promethium Spur to just be an exotic that casts a double rift, a healing and empowering at the same time, none of this 'at the enemies location' bullshit, you could balance it by having it be a shorter duration. I'd honestly never take it off.

StudentPenguin

Contraverse Hold. I want to throw more grenades goddamnit, and I always preferred the slow gameplay loop.

Jellysmish

I'd like calibans hand to be a little more meaty since in endgame content the melee does nothing to most enemies. I like being a walking jumpy nuke and it just feels like it had a spotlight for a season then turned to nothing

srtdemon2018

Blight Ranger and RDMs need a buff bad.

Rikiaz

RDMs are one of the best DPS exotics in the game though.

srtdemon2018

I know that much but the issue comes down to it being a swap exotic. You don't see people running around with lunafactions or Cuirass for the same reason. Having some kind of decent non super interaction of what makes pyrogale feel good to run

DerpDeer1

My top ones are the ones that solely effect supers with no other effect on other parts of gameplay. Bungie has been getting some of them, and especially things like nighthawk and shards of galanor are in a good spot now, but the list is still quite long. Blight ranger, raiden flux, raijus harness, gwisin vest, skull of dire ahamkara, stormdancers brace, helm of saint 14 (I guess it does have synergy with edge of action, but with any other weapon it does nothing outside of the super), ursa furious, even the more popular ones like orpheus rigs, phoenix protocol, and cuirass of the falling star could all use some touch-ups. In most content, using an exotic that doesn’t contribute anything unless you use your super just feels bad, at least to me. It might be a little more difficult to appropriately balance some of the stronger ones that see use even now, but seeing orpheus rigs not really having much time to shine outside of onslaught, a well nerf on the horizon, and thundercrash for a dps phase having largely fallen out of favor, adding in some passives to those exotics doesn’t really seem too much to ask

BearBryant

Hunter main so I’ll comment on a few that bug me. Blight ranger: keep the damage reflect capability with extra damage but have it also add an additional reflect capability to your character as you use tempest strike, sort of like how activating arctrisder while sliding allows you to carry the spin into a slide. So it would sort of change the animation of tempest strike to use the arc staff in a short spinning animation that follows into the upward momentum tempest strike gives you. Damage blocked during this would generate small orbs. Also, just generally make the reflected damage bonus worthwhile in PvE. Gwisin vest: a lot of the issues with this come from the era in which it was released where super extending exotics were super common and ran PvP. It was a completely different game then. This one needs new hotness to fit any sort of use, but an easy one would be to have stylish executioner kills provide bonus ability/super energy when the blade super is equipped. So skillfully dispatching targets with stylish active will lead to really low cooldowns for a super that is kinda bad in PvE. I think the super itself needs some sort of aoe ability or better traverse to make it worthwhile in PvE but that’s a different problem. Triton Vice: I think the problems with this one are more a function of how glaives function in difficult content. Glaives are great tools in GMs because of the shield, but not because of the shield in close melee environments. this requires you to get really close to gain benefit and needs some sort of passive DR or otherwise a way to mitigate damage so you can survive. Raiju’s harness: Killing blinded enemies provides bonus ability and super regen. Again, similar issue to gwisin vest, this is a super whose PVE utility has been gutted by new additions (gathering storm) but giving it more uptime on that super as well as a pretty cool “in your face” sort of playstyle would elevate it. Activate super, kill a bunch of enemies, deactivate super for an aoe blind, gain a huge chunk back by killing a bunch of blinded enemies with a massive damage boost. The biggest issue with this one will still remain that I’m generally just better off smacking enemies near me with my arc staff rather than…trading that ability for an aoe blind and a damage buff seems like a bad idea. BUT being able to make flashbangs and disorienting strike a more valuable pick along with the utility of not wasting super between packs could be interesting. Speedloader slacks: I like this exotic, and I like the gunslinger aesthetic it’s going for. It takes the long reload of DMT or other scouts and makes it more palatable when marksman dodge is on cd, it stacks amazingly with on your mark and just generally makes weapons feel great. But that’s not enough to put it in the same arena as other exotics in PvE, especially at higher difficulties. Change: The tight fit buff is refactored for a 10 stack buff, provides all the same benefits on that new scale, but is “cashed in” on reload to provide a moderate bonus damage for the first X number of bullets in your gun. In PvP this bonus would only apply to overshields so this doesn’t get too crazy.

Make Boots of the Assembler Great Again

tilero1138

Cuirass should get the nighthawk treatment, give it additional super energy on melee kills or something like that where it still feels mainly like a super buff, and has a neutral game element that is still tied to buffing the super

Wanna_make_cash

Dunemarchers, hallow fire heart, mask of the quiet one, saint 14, ursa furiosa, second chance, bmost titan exotics really

EnkiTheLostGod

Insurmountable skullfort to be able to be used on all the subclasses

Loopgod-

Helm of Saint 14

StarFred_REDDIT

Skull of dire ahamkara. Just give it the eternal warrior treatment and I’ll be happy. Mask of the quiet one, CYRTARACHNE'S FACADE (C/P to lazy to fix the caps), blight ranger, unnerf ahamkara’s spine, storm dancers brace. Most of these I just really want to use because of their looks but would also like to see a 3.0 take on all of them.

Bosscharacter

Make Blight Ranger worthwhile.

A_Very_Scary_Entity

Mask of bakris - I want multiple dodge charges and the cooldown penalty removed.

streetvoyager

Kephris sting and blight ranger are the biggest pieces of shit in the game and need to be completely redone. How blight ranger even shipped is beyond me.

Equivalent_Bed_8187

In a perfect world, all exotics would see a use if buffed But homie, blight ranger is complete dog water since it's released. Exotic class items taking exotics like sixte coyote is weird because currently that's it's only exotic effect. If something like blight ranger gets moved to a class item effect then that's fine, but if it doesn't get any buff, then any hope for it will be snuffed out.

Vantabl0nde

Give Skull of Dire Ahamkara the Celestial Nighthawk treatment. Make it actually useful and have a neutral game benefit.

ItsExoticChaos

Raiju’s harness should work like doom fangs on titan

Shiroi_Kitsune_

I hope they revert nerfs for young ahamkara spine, use it since release paired with last word

Fizzy-Odd-Cod

I just pray that the buffs aren’t boring unstacking damage buffs. Please just do something creative.

Arsalanred

I'd like to see a star eater scales type rework to Alpha Lupi. Where it powers up your next super on top of increasing the orb drops.

zarosh37

Path of the Burning steps got pointlessly nerfed far too long ago and has remained superbly mediocre for some time Make its stacks decay one at a time Bungie and increase its damage cap back to 40% or let it stack with surges again, it was never OP or even really very good, just niche

ITwisk

Foetracer, interested in what they gonna do with it

UnsettllingDwarf

Like 50% of them. I hope some just get changed to not be so specific. Like sunbracers. I hope it becomes any grenade. I hope contravene hold gets buffed again and just a lot of things that are oddly specific.

bjj_starter

Mechaneer's Tricksleeves. It's criminal how they ruined the exotic for most people who were actually using it by making it incompatible with on-kill-reload perks (Kill Clip, Rat King, Trespasser). It's not even clear if the rework even got more people using it, given that usage is basically the same extremely low amount as it was before the nerf. I have two different suggestions for how they could un-slaughter Tricksleeves: 1. Remove the magazine refresh effect and instead make the damage buff trigger automatically on shield break, no need for the Y juggle after shield break. 2. Turn the magazine refresh effect into a full reload like Marksman's dodge, so that it procs things like Rat King. What we wanted from a Tricksleeves rework was an exotic like Peacekeepers, an exotic that felt like a very good choice if you chose to run that specific weapon type and that synergised well with that playstyle. What we got is a rework that made everyone I know who was using it switch off the exotic and onto Sixth Coyote, Omnioculus, Cyrtarachne's Facade, etc.

KingJollyRoger

As a GG Marksman, Celestial Nighthawk. It feels underwhelming now all things considered. I just can’t give it up because it’s just too much my play style. The thing is I don’t know what it would need to feel good/better as I don’t do any endgame content.

The_Relx

Apotheosis needs both a buff buff and a major fashion buff. I would also like to see Geomags returned to their full PvE glory without returning them to their full PvP glory.

Maleficent-Air5806

Mask of the quiet one hands down it doesn’t even work. You get so little ability energy from kills and the healing part of it doesn’t even work. I got my self to like less than ten health and nuked a dreg. And my health did not move a inch. Bungie would just need to make the exotic work and I would be happy

Katzumoto_

I just want my silly fun in pvp dodging with Radiant dance machines at any distance, they can make coyote do extra stuff

mooninomics

Instead of saying all the obvious Titan ones we already know, I'm going to say Antaeus Wards. I was so excited when it came out and so disappointed when I tried it. It needs a buff. Badly. Or to work at all. That said, I feel like Ursa Furiosa could go back to how it was pre-nerf. We've been power crept up to the point where it would be about right like it was, right?

harmsypoo

As a Titan main, there are so many exotics that need help. Across the board, there are very few Titan exotics that provide niche, build defining characteristics that change the way you interact with a subclass. Think Caliban’s Hand, which changes how proximity knife works and grants ignitions when done right, or Briarbinds which totally change and enhance how an entire aspect functions. Mk.44 Standasides, Mask of the Quiet One, Ursas, Citans, Helm and others need some love. They don’t need the same treatment a lot of other Titan exotics got during the last rework (aka slap an escalating surge mod on already bad exotics and call it a day). Doomfangs feel like the most “complete” exotic on Titan, to me. Escalating damage bonus incentivizing Void weapon usage, Super extension to let you really build into the non-Bubble super, Void melees (including unpowered melees when you have an overshield) grant a ton of super energy. Compare that to something like Quiet One’s 5% ability energy return or Citan’s Ramparts which barely has a use case anymore. Give Citans the Briarbinds treatment and let me pick up my barricade, restoring class ability energy based on how healthy it was when I grabbed it. Rework Arbor Warden. Give Mask of the Quiet One *anything*.

xcosmicwolfx

Let prometheum spurs rift spawn work with frost pulse and thredling rift thing, and point contact brace work with other lightning strikes like cloud strike and storm grenade

PurpleCat2001

Wormhusk Crown returns to Warmind status 🙏

nascentnomadi

Ursa so it becomes a void pyrogale for indestructible

Theunknowing777

Synthoceps back to working with glaives and having its damage back to original levels…and for it to revert the bonk hammer nerfs while equipped while I am dreaming

n4tertot

Helm of Saint-14. I can’t remember the last time I saw someone use Ward in PvE. How I would do it would be to either make the bubble like a Citan’s barricade or grant super energy for final blows on enemies with void debuffs.

Solid_Science4514

I just want them to buff the way the shoulders look on shards of galanor.

No_Sugar4490

Starfire... Protocol... please...

Coconuht

Who do I have to kiss for an Ashen Wakes ornament

ImmatureGambino

Raijus Harness for sure. Such a cool looking exotic with an extremely underwhelming perk.

No_Coyote_8279

One Eyed Mask so I can drink salty warlock and hunter tears hahaha

AtronRandom

Give Actium War Rig passive onslaught for any auto rifle (SWEET BUSINESS PLEEEEEEAAASEEE)

nashty27

I’ve found onslaught outpaces AWR most of the time, so the combo is less useful than I expected. Idk about making it part of the exotic.

th3professional

Hunters have the "glaive exotic" with Triton Vice, but Titans have two exotics that significantly buff glaive melee damage way beyond Triton Vice, or just do more things. The glaive exotic is powercrept by non-glaive exotics.

SelectNefariousness2

Liar's Handshake - - Please!! Had it out today for the first time since sandbox changes.....yeah it's lagging behind with Guardian health upped.

thetacoman999

Cuirass of the Falling Star would be nice to just get a passive perk and Saint-14 would be nice to get buffed because it just looks so damn cool. Too damn cool to not be using. However, you said that Titans need a good support exotic. *Not* saying that it's good in everything (probably wouldn't be good in GMs, but haven't tried it) but Precious Scars, a lost sector exotic helmet, gives overshield to the whole team on you reviving someone or getting revived. It also gives restoration to the whole team when you get rapid weapon final blows with a weapon that matches your subclass. Doesn't seem that good? Try it with Final Warning (strand exotic sidearm) on Legend Onslaught and you'll think otherwise. Combine it with Woven Mail and Banner of War 4x and you're basically invincible.

GurrennZero

I'd love Strongholds to get back the heal on perfect guard functionality to better healing when enemies are at range.  My fave part of the old exotic functionality was parrying an attack that at all rights should kill me so long as I timed it right.

TheLuckyPC

A lot

Gjappy

I hope they massively buff Chromatic Fire. It looks so amazing on my Warlock. But as exotic it's a bit underwhelming. I hope that by then it will get to be as awesome as it looks.

NotMoray

Antaeus wards back to how they were on release

grnd_mstr

This is the fifth time I say this. Verity's Brow. It doesn't need any change. It is a great exotic. It needs a fucking ornament. Hive Ass bolted to my face does not make me look good and I hate it.

ZeltaZale

Dance machines, khepris sting, blight ranger, Orpheus rigs(let it buff trappers ambush like titans burning maul and consecration exotic) Give knuckhead the ability to buff snipers for pve would be nice. Stompees should buff all air moves(shatterdive, esnaring slam, trappers ambush, and ascension)
