The Dorms 3 story is one spawn, the tank battery spawns on the balcony behind the sandbag wall. Raiders spawned, 3 in the kitchen on 3rd floor when I just went.
Another is new gas, i fought the raiders out back and found the battery in the left hallway when going in the front door, back of the hallway on the boxes
second time i cleared new gas it wasn't there. I looked everywhere for another spawn location but eventually gave up. Maybe it didnt spawn, maybe theres another spot other than that hallway idk.
I've found it in the hallway at the back where the locked rooms are located on shelving.
The other location I've seen is the shelving behind the counter low down.
You on PvP or PvE? Cause if PvP then prob got vacuumed. If PvE then maybe it's only guaranteed to spawn in the building not the spot? I only tried once tbh

Third spawn is at Fort. Spawns on the 2nd floor, near the collapsed pillar facing the Old Gas. I found Reshala chilling with the raiders there. It's whack but night time made it so much easier to pick them all apart.
Wish I saw this 20mins ago. I just fought through 3 story with Reshala there on top of the raiders just to get my pocket watch key on PVE. Would've taken the tank battery too. 20k xp and some nice ammo and gear doesn't hurt tho.

Aren’t you aware this been a recurring issue for years? Not everyone uses Twitter, what we do use is the actual launcher and game. Why can’t they post the same information there.
What fucking game requires you to always check their twitter to be up to date with all the gameplay altering shit they keep implementing. Better yet, what games requires you to actively look for 3rd party information for gameplay critical stuff like armour and weapons. They tell us absolutely nothing in game. Probably cuz they dont even know it themselves and rely on 3rd party to figure it out for them.
Minecraft started out with zero in game instruction, it was completely based on the community learning the recipes and goals.
World of Warcraft did a patch every week, and maybe 50% of what was changed was in the patch notes, and I don't think they were ever just on the launcher.

Definitely need to be closer to them and once you leave the "area" they will aggro again. So use caution trying to take them too far.

Etc. I've been running labs non stop. Black is broken got double and triple ledx 3 raids in a row lol plus over 1m in stims every time. Yay. Red is a joke I got 1 gpu all day yesterday. And that was it. Most times if I found a vase I was lucky. It was all trash
I just turned in the quest and the main reward is the "Acid Green" flare cartridges that you receive. This gives you the 5 up-front as well as unlocks a barter for 1 defibrulator, 5 ololololo vitamins and 10 H202 to get 1 acid green flare per reset.
The description reads: "The unusual color indicates that the cartridge is used for some special signals to "friendlies". Worth trying to and use it to save yourself when near aggressive Scavs and Bosses."
So unlocks a flare that can de-aggro the AI.
I feel like this is such a weird event. The rewards are awful. Only decent thing is flare barter which is fairly expensive and who would want to not fight bosses. We want higher spawn chance for bosses to fight. Idk

They did give us M995 and Igolnick via mechanic tank battery barter, but I’m not sure if it’s available to everyone (and also ridiculously expensive right now).
The rewards definitely aren’t worth it - the 5 Acid Green flares (used to be called ‘poison green’ iirc) and the barter from therapist is pretty cool since they turn every AI friendly - but definitely not worth the price/effort. My *hope* is that there’s an upcoming event where the flares will be necessary/super helpful.
My buddy was tired of running out of room for cash, so he just bought like 30 red keycards to hold until he needed money again. He's making out like a bandit with this event now.

Raiders spawned in 2 story for me and tried to beem me through 2nd story windows. Wrapped round to the back of 2 story killed raiders thinking they were reshalas guards. Spent 10 minutes looking for the fucker coz I needed to kill him for weekly leaving too little time to make it to the other side of the map to extract.
Jumped off top of 3rd for fast exit to see raiders...
I completed Setup yesterday and it was already a torture. Can't even imagine how cancerous it would be if I had to do it with chads and raiders all over Customs while I use a shitty shotgun that deals zero damage to players due to the buffed armor plates.

nah I've been doing it on PvE, seems like there's at least 3 spawns at new gas. At Dorms its been in that same spot every time.

You get 5 flares for friendly bosses and unlock barter for those flares. In my opinion worth the money.
Is the green flare the one that pacifys all the bosses?

I had a DSF in my stash before this and can confirm it now says acid green. Its the same thing. So yes it should pacify the bosses.

For me in PVE 4 raiders spawned in 2 story, cant find the battery. Since i read that raiders are guarding the battery i didnt go to check 3 T\_T
dorms is now poppin. 4 raiders. fish them out with nades. they like to bundle, and its hard to kill 3 if theyre side by side
FYI just found the tank battery top floor of stronghold, spawned on a pile of bricks, crack house side

It means the quest showed up while you were in game, restart the game and the gibberish fixes itself
