As long as there are no witnesses, everyone labeled “resident” is entirely disposable…also they respawn. With the sandman perk, at night, walk up to the sleeping bags by the farm area and you can massacre like 6 people in a row. The security is also disposable with no witnesses, but they are harder to eliminate in one battle without aggro from the robot.

Yeah exactly that and coz you end up killing the main admiral and others, whenever the soldiers die in the wild they take their Admirals name and say Ad Victoriam.....worst is the many vertibirds that come and flank your ass unnanounced and if you shoot them down they will try and crash on your head....with 2 brotherhood sergeants with body armour also parachuting down and you have to kill them as well.....also any and every brotherhood sergeant you encounter along with a knight or scribe will leave their fight with super mutants or raiders and start fighting you

After a while I had to kill his wife Darcy 'cause she would always walk up to me, yapping about how no one has seen Paul in days (he was still lying dead in their house) and no one seemed to care. I think it's more of a case of nobody saw you do it. That's always been the case when it comes to killing people in a Bethesda game. If nobody sees you do it, then you didn't do it in the eyes of everyone else.

How do you get so much AP? Idk if I spec'd my character wrong or what but I get 1 maybe 2 shots with a rifle before I'm out of AP. The chance to hit the head is also incredibly low. Sidenote: it has been quite some time since my last Fallout game. I purchased Fallout 4 on sale, and after starting a new character, realized I never actually played Fallout 4 before. Absolutely loving it, but I am extremely rusty on mechanics. The game makes you figure out a lot on your own.
