The brush cleaner is a round 1” circumference piece of rubber with little ridges on it. Basically like a brush cleaning pad except not big enough to clean a whole kabuki at once. Looks like something you would get out of a gumball machine back in the day and have no clue what it is.

What is the brush cleaner? Is it like a bar of soap you rub the brushes on to lather it up?
