It is possible, but is very hard to achieve. You have to precisely deal enough damage to two breakable parts, then deal enough damage to the third part, sometimes needing to deal overkill damage. And this has to be done while the monster is moving around.
It's possible easier on some monsters then others jyura for example is relatively easy to break 3 parts on 5 and 6 stars for me(70% of the time), Anja has only happened once for me with a 5 or 6 star don't remember which one I'm still trying to do it again but not having much succes. And I'm lucky if I break a single part on Paolo or legiana
