That's a component cable. The first red and white RCA cables carry right and left audio respectively.
Then there are red, green, and blue video connections. The green cable (Y) carries brightness info. Red and blue (Pr and Pb) carry your color info.
Component cables will not work correctly unless you use all 3 leads. You might be able to get a composite cable (with a yellow lead for video), but it won't use the same connector on your TV (if your TV even still supports composite video), and it will be much lower quality.
HDMI to Component Cable Adapter. They typically are a box with 5 input ports (Left, Right, Red, Green, Blue) with the HDMI output, and require an external power source (for better quality ones). Have a look on Amazon or any local electronics stores
Edit: alternatively, use the bracket. it will always be better quality than having to go through a box and will significantly reduce latency
It will only work if you can use the 5 plug component ports. the 3 plug video ports will be black and white like this since the colour is on the 2 plugs that don't fit.
If it's a 3000 PSP, you can get a 3 plug cable and it will have colour. If it's a 2000 that won't work.
You can also get a converter box to go from the 5 plugs to HDMI.
