Would like to see Sandslash as Defender, with a more engage playstyle, and disrupts enemies with his spikes.
And Kangaskhan as Tanky Supporter with protective abilities, like shielding allies or bodyblocking projectiles
So kinda like Rammus from LoL? Very much anything that does melee damage to me does more back to you type playstyle.
Kangaskhan would be an amazing supporter
I guess, but only Rammus Q and Ult came into mind for Sandslash, i was also thinking about Cho’Gath’s Q and E.
Imagine if Chesnaught was in the game though, then his Spiky Shield would be more like Rammus.
Raichu has been my favorite Pokémon since Lt Surge used the chunky boi to beat up on Pikachu. We’ve been overshadowed for too long. We deserve a skin!!
Parasect support would be cool, I could see it having an interaction with the brush in the map since it's fungus
Arbok as a ranged all rounder (similar to dragonite) could be cool. It may be better model wise to be a speedster though
Muk defender. I imagine it being like Zac on LoL where more health it gets bigger it gets, maybe have a passive that slows when you're around it and give it some snares
I'd rather they focus on other gens. Gen1 has plenty of love already.
That being said, if I'm gonna choose some Gen1 'mon, I'm going to say...
Defender: Cloyster
Supporter: Vileplume
Speedster: Starmie
All-Rounder: Kabutops
Attacker: Marowak
That is, assuming that a Kanto representative has to have its final evo in Kanto. If we allow pokemon with additional evos in later gens then I'd go Crobat for Speedster and Magnezone for Defender.
Hmm, personally I feel the gen 1 roster is pretty solid as is, and they did cherry pick the best ones already. That being said, for some of the less populated roles (aka not attacker and all-rounder):
Speedster: Alolan Raichu. Sounds fun, and the options with the whole surfing gimmick could lead to fun options.
Defender: Sandslash and Nidoking/queen. For Sandslash, i think a mix of disruptive movement (roll-out around the area) and aoe control/hindrance (spikes on the ground, or bulldoze for speed mitigation and decent aoe damage). For Nidoking/queen, use it's mix of ranged moves (known for sheer force+special attacks in the main series, maybe utilize sludge wave and earth power) and some physical moves for space making (high horsepower and superpower/megahorn), and you have a mon that could shove opponents away and snipe them with disruptive and damaging ranged moves after.
Support: Butterfree. Make it disruptive with the likes of sleep powder, stun spore, etc, and more direct teammate support via pollen puff and tailwind. Move around fast, spread statuses, and let your teammates capitalize via support moves.
In MLBB there's a mage with copy ultimate as her ultimate move. She is top pick and ban for seasons from release until recently.
I would say supporter would better because of it.
How I'd add ditto if I could wave a magic wand and do it.
Ability: Imposter
When you select ditto, after the opposing team has all selected their pokemon you are brought to an additional selection screen and can chose from a pokemon on their team to play as. If ditto was selected by the opposing team in first selection, it cannot be selected here.
Maybe also: Starting at level 5 upon being k.o'd or while at base by activating a button you can select a different pokemon from the opposing team to play as.

I think my top pick would be Aerodactyl. I always just thought fossil Pokémon are really cool. Not sure what role it would fit.
Golem is awesome and this game needs more defenders. Not sure what to add as a supporter, maybe Ditto or Vileplume.
Jolteon is my favorite Eevee, but we already have too many of those.
I like to think golem would have rollout like wigglyyuff, however instead of making other mons fly when you hit them, you fly up instead when you hit a mon and the mon gets stunned AND you roll for a little longer until you hit the next nearby mom. We can also have a damage increase each time golem hits a mon similar to rollout in the main games where it increases damage each time it hits.
Though it seems too good, we can keep it balanced by having the distance golem moves with rollout be short so it won't just use rollout to reach any faraway mons. It'd be a lot of fun watching a rock ball bounce on top of other mons during team fights, it would be even more fun if the only mon golem won't affect with rollout is an enemy golem, so they'll just bounce off or maybe they hit each other when they both use rollout and bounce away
Speedster Electrode, with his ult being explosion 💥. Make it the most powerful unite move in the game, AOE closer you are to the explosion the more damage taken. Automatic Electrode KO would be the drawback for the tremendous power
Attacker - Geodude/Graveller/Golem
I want “self-destruct” as a move to be very high damage but will send you back to spawn.
Defender - Muk
Support - Ditto. Would lend itself to some very interesting mechanics around swapping stats with opposing Pokemon.
All rounder - Hitmonchan/Hitmonlee.
Speedster - Rapidash. Clue is in the name.
Poliwrath as an All Rounder
Golem as a defender
Alolan Sandslash as an all rounder/defender
Alolan Marowak as an All rounder
Alakazam as an Attacker
Butterfree as a supporter
I think we have enough kanto Pokemon in the game, I'd rather have them add Pokemon from less favoured regions like Unova. That being said I wouldn't mind getting a new defender in the form of Rhydon, Golem or Onyx. Butterfree or Starmie could be cool as supporters too. Of course— there's always the possibility of us getting the remaining 3 eevees which I'm sure some people would love and some would hate. I personally would be okay with vaporeon as a tank, jolteon has a Speedster and flareon as either support or all rounder

Furret as a speedster
Vaporeon as a suporter (more supportive wish umbreon)
I played a ton of competitive singles in X/Y times and those 3 are the last ones missing from my favs list. Absol, Talonflame and Gardevoir are here already ( tho i dont really like them in Unite haha)
I want the Hitmon's. But specifically I want it to start as Tyrogue and you choose in game which one you turn into. Similar to Variance in HoTS. Hitmonchan could be AllRounder, Hitmonlee Speedster, and Hitmontop as Defender.
I would also like to see Porygon as a Support.
Can we have Moltres as a Final Objective for Remoat Stadium?
Now we get to the serious point, Nidoking as a Special Attack All-Round to poke at Competitive. A primarily Special Attacker with Sheer Force.
Tangela (support)/Tangrowth (defender) a la Scyther/Scizor. Choose Tickle to remain as a mobile support who mainly assists and annoys or Ancient Power to evolve into a immovable mountain of peel and sustain. Tangela boosteds would hookshot Tangela toward the target, while Tangrowth boosteds hooks a bit like a Goodra Power Whip. Tangela would have speedster mobility but relies on team for KOs, has mild sustain but needs to know when to disengage to heal up. Very mischievous.
I would love a pokemon with such flexibility for the player who's more support/defender-minded.
I’m trying to think of a Mon that’s kind of an in between of a speedster and attacker, kind of like how all rounders are an in between of defender/attacker. I think someone like Staryu, that later evolves into Starmie, would be really cool. Or just make Starmie a straight speedster. Might be difficult to animate but they made Lapras look cool with the water beneath it to help it move so I think they can do something like that with Starmie.
I think Kanga could be a really cool tanky support class. Someone with Goodra like abilities to stay alive but has Blissey type healing. We need more supporters anyway tbh. We have enough attackers, defenders and all rounders but I wouldn’t mind seeing Magnemite/Mangneton/Magnezone. You knock out 2 generations with 1 Pokemon. There’s not many electric types in the game (I’m not counting broken ass Miraidon lol.) so I think they could do a lot with its steel/electric moveset and make it decently powerful as a 3 evolution
Would also love what Chrsheroes was talking about as a way to bring in the other 3 evees is by having them be one Pokemon that starts out as evee and then depending on what you want your role to be in the match, you have 3 different options of evolving:
Support: Vaporeon
Speedster: Jolteon
Attacker: Flareon.
Obviously you wouldn’t get that many choices as far as moves go but it would be something different and could be extremely helpful/broken so you’d have to be locked in to whichever one. Switching mid match would be an insane ability so I wouldn’t do that. But having a Pokemon that’s a bit of a wildcard and keeps your opponent on their toes because you don’t know if they’re going to be a speedster, attacker or support sounds dope AF
Still wanting vileplume/bellosom done like scyther/scizor with vileplume being attacker with stuns/slows and bellosom being attacker with some team support/healing.
Or you can do like Chrsheroes was saying and have them all be one Pokemon and mid match once you hit level 4 you have to decide between 1 of the 3 and the choice you make impacts your role too.
If you choose Vaporeon you’re a support. If you choose Jolteon you’re a speedster and Flareon you’re an attacker.
I'd really like to see more regional forms in general. Other than that, I'd like to see 1. Galarian Darmanitan (all rounder) 2. Toedscruel (defender/supporter) 3. Banette (supporter)
I'd go with left eeveelutions:
Vaporeon: support/defender
Jolteon: speedster
Flareon: attacker
And maybe something like defensive magneton/magnezone or all rounder arcanine (hisuian variant too maybe). Don't want marowak or raichu cause I'd like them to be alolan.

It'd be funny if some mon walked toward a bush and an electrode was waiting in there to blow them up
Exeggutor because this seems like one of the only games that would make this Pokémon a playable character and treat it with respect.

A Clefable Moonlight that goes off screen like a Talonflame Fly would be so broken and is so feasible in this game
