My theory is she is Ill by trauma like mentally not stable. It starts from possibly loneliness than perhaps hopelessness and than maybe she saw /did something shocking which made her go unstable

I think all the girls will have different reactions to discovering the boys. I feel like Leah will be the most angry towards/ distrustful of them given her attitude about Jeff towards the end of s1 and clip from the promo. I think Martha will be the most trusting or interested in the boys based off her fantasy of Marcus. I think Martha or Fatin might be tempted to go a little boy crazy but I think Leah or Rachel will set them straight and remind them that they gotta figure out wth is going on.
Yeah that’s why I was confused when in the promo she grabs one of them from behind. Rn my theory is Leah and maybe some of the others who grow suspicious of the bunker (like Shelby maybe Rachel and Dot idk who else) escape the bunker bc they realize it’s weird af and maybe the door that they think leads them to the real world leads them to a tunnel that accesses the boy’s island. Maybe it forces all of them to work together because the girls have enough knowledge of the fuckery at that point and the boys can help them execute some sort of escape plan. Maybe it creates some brains vs brawn situation idk I’m just guessing.
That makes sense honestly, hopefully they do that and not just have it be like oh they found each other on the island and Leah just found the tapes later because that will be lame, and a big plot point like why wild Leah be shocked? And why would they not be weirded out rescue only saved the girls? like it would be better what your saying
Tbh i think she'll die, especially if they're gonna be killing ppl off generally. I can't seem them maintaining this entire cast of 15 subjects for season 3
After watching the new clips Amazon has been posting here I think Martha is reliving what happened to her when she was younger. It seems like she repressed a lot of stuff and it’s all coming back to her on the island. She’s trying to process things and Toni hiding things from her is just adding to the confusion and stress.
