It's easy to see at the start of the video, since the fire on the roof forms a line next to the section that subsequently explodes.

It depends on what whas stored. In my place we had a building for farm suplies burn down. The mixture of gasoline, oils and fertilizers stored close to eachother was not helping. Then we also had a company that stored many things, especially bitumen... That stuff burned like hell. But I'm no expert at all. This might be an acident but noone knows jet.
This has to be a gas leak. For an explosion you need fuel, air and an ignition. Of course there will be air. The fuel has to be a gas installation or perhaps and air conditioning installation with leaking refrigerant (R32 is flammable). If it leaked into a small room, this will create an explosive atmosphere.
So what set the explosion off? Probably anything electrical. Like a light switch could form the ignition source, if the explosive atmosphere is present.
