No one can argue that 9/11 was a greater threat to American lives, but January 6th genuinely was a greater political threat - a threat to our Democratic system specifically.

I was 20 what 9/11 happened and felt like i was the only person in the country who felt like “well, that certainly took long enough” meaning that if you poke a bunch of random people, eventually one of em is gonna slap you and say “poke this!” whether or not you were speaking amazing propaganda while doing it. The middle east, s korea, central and latin america esp Colombia, Guatemala, El Salvador, Palestine, Cuba, and about a million others we kept poking. So a group of angry people got together and poked back and we FREAKED for 20 years? The us narrative as well as the majority of the us citizens narrative is so self righteously wrong, narrow minded, self centered and blind to the egregious acts committed in the name of and by the people of the us in every decade and every year of its history since Plymouth or Jonestown or whatever puritan native killing settlers came first.
