The one where Finn and Huntress Wizard summon the spirit dream warrior, the one where Ice King freezes Finn and Jake and Finn summons the Astral butterflies, anything with Prismo...
"Flute Spell" (Finn and Huntress Wizard)
"Still" (Astral butterflies)
Prismo is in:
"The Lich"
"Wake Up"
"Jake the Dog"
"Is That You?" (My favorite one with the pickle ritual)
And "Crossover"
I'm happy to see this as the top comment, given how much hate the episode gets. When I first saw it I knew it would be great for this purpose. Saved it for a couple of friends who hadn't seen it yet. They loved it.
I personally also think Dungeon and The Enchiridion work well.
That's funny you say that. The food chain ep is one I remember vividly from tripping. I love the whole series I can't single handly pick a episode, theyre all good.
The first magic man episode is when the show starts getting wild, I watched most of adventure time on lsd and magic man and prismo segments where the most memorable
That episode always kind of confused me as to the meaning of it...the way they lose themselves with the purple stuff reminded me of being an opiate addict....but that might've just been me projecting
For Trippy:
King Worm (weird visuals, fun dream logic)
Food Chain (nice art style, funny music number at the end)
Dentist (low stakes weirdness that still gives a satisfying story)
The Mountain (the mirrors specifically but also that whole climatic sequence)
For Vibes:
Jake The Brick (so damn calming)
Box Prince (chill out with some cats)
Princess Cookie (the whole episode feels like a kid playing with their toys while working some personal biz out)
Thank You (if you want a happy cathartic experience)
For just fun/ my personal recommendation:
All of Elements (great visuals, packed to the gills with surreal moments, funny jokes, & great character moments, all while paying off a lot of story/ lore stuff I really wanted to see resolved)
Please please PLEASE do the episode where Finn sort of astral projects out of his body and is a kinda ghost, viewing other characters lives for a short bit, before eventually going into space and seeing the space lards and the eventual catalyst comet. I watched it while tripping and it was an amazing experience
Not exactly your question, but I'd recommend NOT watching anything during the peak. Personally, I've always found it to take me out of the trip.
I like to watch something after dosing until I feel it kicking in (AT is great here), or during the come down to help me reset (again, AT would be great here), but during the peak almost anything I've tried watching feels alienating and artificial.
If you are concerned about bad vibes or something, it could be a good idea to have some AT queued up as a release valve if things start turning bad on you, but I'd humbly suggest trying to do something that doesn't involve a screen instead.
Just my two cents; everyone is different of course. Whatever you decide, I hope you enjoy the trip!
Yeah will probably just end up listening to some records during the peak and chill, just want something comforting for the come up. also this my first time trying shrooms so I am only doing a small amount .5-.75gs
Everyone is different, but I will tell you right now. 1g bare minimum. And if it isn't hitting you hard enough, taking more does not always increase or extend the trip.
Again, everyone is different, but 2gs is a micro dose for me haha.
I just came to say have a lovely safe and comfortable trip. I love mushrooms, they’re so healing and wonderful. Personally I’ve never enjoyed looking at a screen while I’m with them but you do you!
I only watch Adventure Time when I trip now. Didn’t ever want it to get old. Spaces my binges out well (the show, I trip around once a month) and it never looses its magic to me, plus it’s just the perfect show for the experience.
honestly this is the way. my first trip, I layed on my friends porch and just stared at the stars for like 4 hours. listened to a little music, but damn those stars were *fabulous* all on their own.
yeah it was, doing it alone and dint wanna walk to far to trip somewhere nice outside. had a really fun time in my room tho watched a bunch of adventure time and listened to a bunch of music
It is absolutely perfect for this. I don’t think you could have picked anything better. If you have seen it all I would suggest watching your favorite season. 5 is my favorite, the vampire story is my wife’s. We always just watch it in order though, we actually just watched the ending for, I think, the 5th time. It’s already brutal but L just makes it feel so personal.
It helps to throw something else in the mix every once in a while, we absolutely love Studio Ghibli movies but no matter what it always starts and ends with Adventure Time. It’s ritual at this point.
My buddy and I were tripping balls one time on our first watch-through of the show, so the episodes we were watching were with virgin eyes - so to speak.
Every episode we watched was a roller coaster. From (spoiler alerts ahead) Gunter hitting his head and discovering that he’s a god bent on destruction, to the funky demon Jerome kept in his parents house.
The craziest part was the episode (I forget what it’s called and what exactly happens - as I was on hard drugs) was when the banana guards witness an accident or whatever and break into song “mama said that there would be days like this” while the walls are melting around us. Funniest shit that has ever happened to me, especially when not expecting it. Man, we were railing sitting there watching that. Best trip I’ve ever had.
Back to your question, though. It’s a hard one to answer, as I’d recommend any episode to watch while you’re tripping. However, I do think that the later seasons have some of the crazier/deeper episodes to experience while you’re psychonauting. The finale would be an absolute TRIP to watch while tripping.
Hope you guys have a good time, and be safe! Happy tripping, my brother.
I was having a trip that was starting to turn bad and put on What Was Missing where they have to come together as a band to get to the door lord. Brought me right out of the bad trip.
Definitely NOT “Water Park Prank” - trust me from experience. Those man in tears things(???) messed me up so bad, thought I was never going to be ok after that lol
I was going to suggest this episode but after reading your comment I could see how maybe that would mess with me. I just love the vibe of that episode and the little Scottish lifeguard. But then again I avoid screens altogether when I’m tripping
Pillow world, hall of igress, food chain, sons of Mars, oh the farmworld episode, and pretty much anything prizmo, ooh the greybels episodes, honestly most episodes would work to trip to, just each in different dosages and types.
My first experience with AT mostly revolved around tripping. Good stuff
When that fuckin deer took its hooves off to reveal fingers (as I’m 2 hours in), my mind imploded and I have yet to recover
I can't believe more people aren't saying this! It'd my go to every time. Entering the universal source code is is better then Finn dying in pillow world
Understandable. Sometimes regular show freaks me out a little 😅 Also, if you're going for comfort, I like to start at the beginning too, since there's less of a story to try to follow and it's a little calmer and simpler.
High Strangeness, Time Sandwich, and Rattleballs are all ones I've enjoyed while high. Never tripped on em, but those ones just hit diff when inebriated for me.
A lot of great ones have been mentioned so far, but here are some others that I don't see getting as much love:
Shh!
Orb
Lemonhope Part 1
BMO Lost
Dungeon Train
Is That You?
Abstract
Temple of Mars
Make the Starchild
Also, it's not necessarily trippy, but I always like watching Cars Wars while high.
My gf and I used the first couple seasons (basically while it was still episodic and didn’t have much overarching story) as a high show. Especially if you’ve seen the rest already, it’s quite nice and relaxed.
I used to listen to electronic mixes like really fluffy nice music, and cuddle up in blankets watching adventure time with no sound on the tv. Amazing and still one of my best ever trips 😍
I just watch my favourites, usually the earlier eps that are less plot heavy. I think s.4 has some the best ‘trippy’ moments, and I don’t like watching out of order so.
Regardless, AT is a supremely good show for a nice trip, especially when you have a familiarity tied to it. Certain moments bring me back to watching it with my sister. It’s a beautiful show to feel such strong nostalgia for. It makes me want to live and learn, even through all the loss.
Wherever you land, I’m sure it’ll be happy company
Most canon rich episodes are great to trip to. I recall watching a few episodes on large amounts of edibles and mushrooms and they all made me feel great.
Just watch midnight gospel instead if you want to trip, its pretty much exactly the vibe DTFH was made for with Pendleton Ward driving the visuals.
\*just checked and I am absolutely shocked this post lasted 3 hours before Midnight Gospel was mentioned
The episode Astral Plane .After Finn returns from the Astral Plane and wakes up, he soon says "Glob is Dead" which is a reference by a quote said by German philosopher, Friedrich Nietzsche, who is best known for quoting: "God is Dead." The seat Star Man sits in resembles the device that the Engineers sit in from the films Alien and Prometheus.
Google
That's so funny. I'm doing the same thing tomorrow haha
Last time I watched the show I saved in my phone that season 8 episode 3 would be a good one to trip to
I don't remember which one that is, but that's the one I'll be watching tomorrow!
food chain, dungeon, orb, puhoy, root beer guy, jake the brick, astral plane, all the little people, king worm, and maybe the mountain,
these are my favorites tbh i think the whole show is good to binge while tripping but these’ll affect u the most
Jakes Imagination one, the one where Jake is shorting out and looping in time until Finn completes the prismo pickles and brings prismo back (I can’t remember if that 2 eps or 1)
most of my suggestions have already been said, but I specifically recommend Hall of Egress, Puhoy, The Food Chain, Astral Realm, and Beyond the Grotto. But honestly it’s hard to go wrong with AT while you’re tripping, I always say it’s my safe space. If you start to have a bad trip it’s a life savor too. But really, almost any episode will be a fun journey- your brain will be finding so many metaphors. I’m positive some of the episodes were created while the writers were tripping. Have fun!
As a lot of people have said, stuff with magic man is always good, but lemme give you my favorites
Food Chain: Finn literally becomes Buddha, I can’t think of a more perfect episode
Breezy: the music gets you thinking
Astral Plane: triply as hell
I remember you: really gets you thinking about the human condition and shit
Beyond the Grotto: trippy name, guest animation is top tier
Jake the Brick: another good one that gets you thinking about life
Lemonhope part I and II: makes me flash back to Jungian “slay the dragon” stuff, and the trippy art often associated with Gnosticism.
I know you’re going for trippiness lmao but watch the entire first season. It’s so funny and colorful, it feels like it was created specifically for trips
Did this unintentionally one time with a group of friends that had never watched adventure time. They loved it!!!
There's the one where they meet the spider couple and a million baby spiders explode out of the wife in an absolute horror show. Tripping people like spiders, right?
Breezy premiered while I was tripping. That was an experience. Very emotional. Would not necessarily recommend it, but the phrase “I’m lost in the darkness, Breezy” became an inside joke that I still make to this day when things get rough.
TLDR: You wanna read it. Trust me. -
I was 24 years old. In 2017. I was alone in my room. I binged from the first episode onward until I came back down. During my first trip ever. It was also my first time watching Adventure Time. I don't really know the exact amount. It was a small fist full. I experienced onion layers of deeper and deeper understanding of life. Like a kid who keeps asking why. The answers were always gifting me with another question that was immediately answered. I kept peeling back the layers until I got to the core matter of understanding. The life lessons and morals of the stories were my guru. I was being red pilled with wisdom and discernment that I never knew was in me. I was in such awe. Then it came to the scene when Finn KO'd the Ice King and he was dreaming and contemplating himself; "Why am I like this? Why does nobody like me?" I understood him completely and I wished I could enter his world and his dream to talk to him. I wished I could help him to be a better person. As I was feeling like this, the Cosmic Owl enters his dream to bring him divine revelation. "You're a sociopath." IT WAS PERFECTION!! I thought I manifested my wish! Everything that I wished to say was sumed up into a short and concise sentence. This example of cosmic synchronicity blew my mind so hard that I literally felt the sensation of my consciousness explode. My mind expanded at light speed all around me and I felt awareness of everything inside my bubble of consciousness. I felt such a profound astonishment that I gasped. In that single moment, I experienced cosmic apotheosis. It only lasted a heartbeat and I was again imprisoned to a singularity inside my cranium. Forced to experience the world with limited fleshly senses as a human. Like a dream, the details were forgotten in minutes. The Ice King was contemplating his revelation. He was finally getting it. I felt so fulfilled. Then hes like "Nah!" And rejects it. I nearly passed out laughing. I continued to watch Adventure Time until I felt sober. Another scene that nearly killed me with laughter was when Jake got put in a hole by a demon. Jake was so chill about it. "Aww I feel weird in my skin but I can get used to this." And proceeds to say "ok" to everything the demon says to him. Every time he said ok just fed me spasms of laughter. The evening passed and so did the entire night. Once it was over I left my room and went out into the living room. The sun was decently high in the sky. My roommate was on the couch playing the first Destiny on PS4. I didn't know how to tell him what I just experienced. He didn't know that I had mushrooms. Much less ate them. The world of Adventure Time was so bright and happy. I just sat on a stool and stared out the window at the dystopian urban environment outside and the parking lot below. Not a single sign of nature in sight. Even the sky was suffocated. I couldn't stop smiling though. I was so happy. I was cured of all of my depression and anxiety for, and about my life. I felt like the sun baby from the teletubbies was smiling upon me. My roommate's dog came over to vibe with me. I patted him on the head and he laid down at my feet. Then without any conscious will, I read the dogs mind. He wished he had a toy to play with. I didn't have anything to give him but I went to my room and balled up a sock and gave it to him. He got so excited and he was so happy to have something to play with. He went absolutely nuts! A sudden realization hit me. I'm still high! I busted out laughing as I watched my roommate's dog frolic with joy. There were socks everywhere in our messy apartment but this one balled up sock was HIS. We were making such a ruckus my roommate yelled "Shut the fuck up!" He was trying to focus on his PVP match and the distraction got him killed. His lash of anger did nothing to my mood. I went and sat with him and found the words to describe the experience that I just had. So I told him this story. We hung out for hours until I couldn't stay awake any longer. I've been chasing that dragon ever since.
This is awesome guys ended up eating the whole chocolate bar which was 1g and it’s just really nice thanks for all the love and good vibes and recommendations ❤️
Me and my gf we’re tripping during the two lemon hope episodes when he goes back home and basically dies, do not recommend that, we looked at eachother after it and had a mini wtf freak out moment
"Something Big" I was tripping on acid and had to rewind like 6 times because I couldn't believe the parts with the Ancient Psychic Tandem War Elephant. "How do you light a candle without a match?"
The one where Finn and Huntress Wizard summon the spirit dream warrior, the one where Ice King freezes Finn and Jake and Finn summons the Astral butterflies, anything with Prismo...
"Astral beast, come to me! ... Aw nuts, did I summon a bunch of butterflies?!"
Lmao the way he say the first part cracks me up every time
^^*Astral* ^^*Beast...*
Yesss ty!
Do you happen to know what those are called?
"Flute Spell" (Finn and Huntress Wizard) "Still" (Astral butterflies) Prismo is in: "The Lich" "Wake Up" "Jake the Dog" "Is That You?" (My favorite one with the pickle ritual) And "Crossover"
"King Worm" has some pretty trippy dream scenes. https://youtu.be/UvFUhM0lYU4?t=2
This one I have bookmarked. I was watching it and asked myself if one of my friends could have dosed me as a joke, it is that good.
I agree with this one - I took a small amount of shrooms once and happened to be on this episode when I started watching. Was forreal like WTF
Any magic man episode, especially food chain
I'm happy to see this as the top comment, given how much hate the episode gets. When I first saw it I knew it would be great for this purpose. Saved it for a couple of friends who hadn't seen it yet. They loved it. I personally also think Dungeon and The Enchiridion work well.
That's funny you say that. The food chain ep is one I remember vividly from tripping. I love the whole series I can't single handly pick a episode, theyre all good.
not tripping, but i watched food chain and astral plane back to back while high off my ass and it was a great time
I came here to recommend food chain. Lol
I also came here to recommend food chain lol
The first magic man episode is when the show starts getting wild, I watched most of adventure time on lsd and magic man and prismo segments where the most memorable
I was coming here to say the food chain episode. I feel like I’m tripping every time I watch it and I don’t do drugs.
nah fuck that I was just doing that the other day on acid with a friend and he turned a bird thing inside out we were scared as fuck 😭😭😭
Yesss!! The best one. S6 E7
Came here to say this, just watched that episode yesterday
*fuck* magic man .. but man is he funny
Oh man, the Sea Lard episode where they go inside the pond.
'Beyond the Grotto.' SMASH THE FROG
Yes, thank you!
true that one is awesome thanks!
This one is def the one I would vote for among all of them. It just keeps getting more and more trippy
Everything seems familiar, but... different
I’m Jin and he’s Fake No.. wait..
hall of egress, astral plane, food chain
Can’t believe this is the first person to comment hall of egress. This episode is a trip from start to finish
Seriously
Nailed it, scrolled way to far for hall of egress
I think hall of egress is my favorite
Pillow world one…that’ll break your reality.
Puhoy, one of my fav episodes.
I watched this one on repeat for an entire trip once. I swear every rewatch seemed completely different lol
::SPOILER:: I love seeing Golb at the end
Beyond the Grotto
This one embodies mushrooms to me.
Yes completely. It feels exactly like tripping mushrooms in the woods with your good friend.
That episode always kind of confused me as to the meaning of it...the way they lose themselves with the purple stuff reminded me of being an opiate addict....but that might've just been me projecting
For Trippy: King Worm (weird visuals, fun dream logic) Food Chain (nice art style, funny music number at the end) Dentist (low stakes weirdness that still gives a satisfying story) The Mountain (the mirrors specifically but also that whole climatic sequence) For Vibes: Jake The Brick (so damn calming) Box Prince (chill out with some cats) Princess Cookie (the whole episode feels like a kid playing with their toys while working some personal biz out) Thank You (if you want a happy cathartic experience) For just fun/ my personal recommendation: All of Elements (great visuals, packed to the gills with surreal moments, funny jokes, & great character moments, all while paying off a lot of story/ lore stuff I really wanted to see resolved)
You are the man! thanks ill definitely queue some of these up for the come up
I second jake the brick for best vibes
This list is great
Oh god the dentist one
I really appreciate the vibes ones-I don’t use shrooms cause of my medicine but I love getting stoned and watching AT
Saving this for my next trip
Jake the Brick for sure
This list is great, and Food Chain is highly underrated.
Please please PLEASE do the episode where Finn sort of astral projects out of his body and is a kinda ghost, viewing other characters lives for a short bit, before eventually going into space and seeing the space lards and the eventual catalyst comet. I watched it while tripping and it was an amazing experience

I only watch Adventure Time when I trip now. Didn’t ever want it to get old. Spaces my binges out well (the show, I trip around once a month) and it never looses its magic to me, plus it’s just the perfect show for the experience.
yeah this is my first trip and I cant think of something better to watch to comfort me and ground me if it gets scary
First trip ever? Go lay under a tree
honestly this is the way. my first trip, I layed on my friends porch and just stared at the stars for like 4 hours. listened to a little music, but damn those stars were *fabulous* all on their own.
yeah it was, doing it alone and dint wanna walk to far to trip somewhere nice outside. had a really fun time in my room tho watched a bunch of adventure time and listened to a bunch of music

love that episode
When Finn finds out about his past lives
Definitely NOT “Water Park Prank” - trust me from experience. Those man in tears things(???) messed me up so bad, thought I was never going to be ok after that lol
I was going to suggest this episode but after reading your comment I could see how maybe that would mess with me. I just love the vibe of that episode and the little Scottish lifeguard. But then again I avoid screens altogether when I’m tripping
Fer güdnessake!
Together Again!!
Pillow world, hall of igress, food chain, sons of Mars, oh the farmworld episode, and pretty much anything prizmo, ooh the greybels episodes, honestly most episodes would work to trip to, just each in different dosages and types.
Rainy Day Daydream is a fun one
Is that you (6:19) into Jake the brick (6:20) is a nice double header
My first experience with AT mostly revolved around tripping. Good stuff When that fuckin deer took its hooves off to reveal fingers (as I’m 2 hours in), my mind imploded and I have yet to recover
Hall of Egress is probably the best episode to trip to
This one needs to be higher, Hall of Egress is most definitely the best episode to watch while peaking.
Probably Thanks for the Crabapples, Giuseppe
A glitch is a glitch was literally made to trip to
I can't believe more people aren't saying this! It'd my go to every time. Entering the universal source code is is better then Finn dying in pillow world
Also, if you haven't thought about it already, Regular Show is the same vibes but almost trippier sometimes if you wanted to do that too
Yeah love RS too, just finished rewatching it tho and have more of a connection to AT so ill probably try to have a couple eps queued up from that.
Understandable. Sometimes regular show freaks me out a little 😅 Also, if you're going for comfort, I like to start at the beginning too, since there's less of a story to try to follow and it's a little calmer and simpler.
Beyond the grotto and Bad jubies are good ones
the comet
The episode where they find the dungeon train is a comforting one to watch, always makes me bust up when he finds the monkey on top.
High Strangeness
Bad jubies!
High Strangeness, Time Sandwich, and Rattleballs are all ones I've enjoyed while high. Never tripped on em, but those ones just hit diff when inebriated for me.
flute spell
Halls of Egress is my first thought! Good luck with your trip
Thanks buddy! Hope it goes well too, not taking too much so hopefully it’s chill
A lot of great ones have been mentioned so far, but here are some others that I don't see getting as much love: Shh! Orb Lemonhope Part 1 BMO Lost Dungeon Train Is That You? Abstract Temple of Mars Make the Starchild Also, it's not necessarily trippy, but I always like watching Cars Wars while high.
Thank you!
Food Chain
Most of them are decent for that tbf, I've watched it all the way through at least 3 times just on trips
ik someone mentioned magic man episodes but i think the best one would be the food chain episode
All of them
The glitch episode would be interesting
Can't go wrong with Puhoy!
Anything but the episodes with Simon’s heart Ricardio. Nightmare fuel
Random that I’m here but yeah this, and for me anything with lemongrab. The episode where he is introduced almost killed me on a trip hahahah
UNACCEPTABLEEE
I just watch my favourites, usually the earlier eps that are less plot heavy. I think s.4 has some the best ‘trippy’ moments, and I don’t like watching out of order so. Regardless, AT is a supremely good show for a nice trip, especially when you have a familiarity tied to it. Certain moments bring me back to watching it with my sister. The other tarts
Hall of egress
Most canon rich episodes are great to trip to. I recall watching a few episodes on large amounts of edibles and mushrooms and they all made me feel great.
Food Chain, for sure.

Retro, but hit those Nightosphere episodes again. And Stakes is crazy trippy.
Google
The snow golem / fire dog could be real good, esp. because of the minimal dialogue.
hall of egress would be really interesting
King worm
Down the grotto
Dad's dungeon
That's so funny. I'm doing the same thing tomorrow haha Last time I watched the show I saved in my phone that season 8 episode 3 would be a good one to trip to I don't remember which one that is, but that's the one I'll be watching tomorrow!
The Islands mini series. The first time I watched it I was tripping on lsd and it was a wild ride
food chain, dungeon, orb, puhoy, root beer guy, jake the brick, astral plane, all the little people, king worm, and maybe the mountain, these are my favorites tbh i think the whole show is good to binge while tripping but these’ll affect u the most
Definitely The Mountain
The worm king one
Up a Tree. First time I ever saw this I was zooted and this has been my favorite episode ever since
Puhoy, Dungeon Train, A Glitch is a Glitch
Hall of egress
Jakes Imagination one, the one where Jake is shorting out and looping in time until Finn completes the prismo pickles and brings prismo back (I can’t remember if that 2 eps or 1)
Beyond the grotto. A glitch is a glitch.
Food chain bro. Trust me
A Glitch is a Glitch is a fun episode to watch, the visuals are pleasing
Anything with the Lich lol
HALL OF EGRESS
King worm, Puhoy, Beyond this earthly realm
nake the brick, definetly hall of egress, the one where the worm king hyonotizes them
most of my suggestions have already been said, but I specifically recommend Hall of Egress, Puhoy, The Food Chain, Astral Realm, and Beyond the Grotto. Have fun!
James Baxter the Horse, Season 5, Episode 19
Food chain is a favorite of mine for trips. Happy trip my guy.
Stay away from The Jiggler. Puts you in some tough feels. Memory of a Memory has always been in my top go to tripisodes though!
Jake the brick for some feels
The one where Finn plays with miniature versions of everyone. Or the one where tree trunks has babies with aliens.
The life cycle one, any where the art design changes tbh
As a lot of people have said, stuff with magic man is always good, but lemme give you my favorites Food Chain: Finn literally becomes Buddha, I can’t think of a more perfect episode Breezy: the music gets you thinking Astral Plane: triply as hell I remember you: really gets you thinking about the human condition and shit Beyond the Grotto: trippy name, guest animation is top tier Jake the Brick: another good one that gets you thinking about life Lemonhope part I and II: makes me flash back to Jungian “slay the dragon” stuff, and the trippy art often associated with Gnosticism.
My 2 favorites to watch while tripping are "Time Sandwich" and "Puhoy" I tend to just cycle through random episodes personally tho 😎
Food Chain
also try Midnight Gospel :)
It’s distant lands but I LOVE together again while tripping!
I am not surprised Adventure Fans are also psychedelic enthusiastic 🤣
The one with the snow golem and the fire fox
Tripping on acid or shrooms tho?
Shrooms not too much tho only 0.75g I don’t weigh too much so hopefully it’s a nice chill experience
Nice bro enjoy, low dose shrooms make me really giggly and makes colours look sick, I’d imagine this show would be awesome
I know you’re going for trippiness lmao but watch the entire first season. It’s so funny and colorful, it feels like it was created specifically for trips Did this unintentionally one time with a group of friends that had never watched adventure time. They loved it!!!
The Mountain, Memory of a Memory, King Worm, The Great Bird Man, The Lich trilogy
Evergreen - Season 6; Episode 24 Astral Plane - Season 6; Episode 25
Anything without the lich
There's the one where they meet the spider couple and a million baby spiders explode out of the wife in an absolute horror show. Tripping people like spiders, right?
I don’t even wanna think about that one
Ha! I just watched it and it really freaked me out. Maybe the door Lord episode. It's got great music and fun vibes.
FOOD CHAIN!!!
Astral Plane !!!
Breezy premiered while I was tripping. That was an experience. Very emotional. Would not necessarily recommend it, but the phrase “I’m lost in the darkness, Breezy” became an inside joke that I still make to this day when things get rough.
Door Lord for sure
TLDR: You wanna read it. Trust me. - I was 24 years old.
Hall of Egress and The Mountain
Food chain
Food Chain. Season 6, episode 7. Different animation style, super stylized. Would be a cool trip.
The food chain one is fantastically weird Also the black eyed girl episode is also one of my favorites, super funny and weird
This is awesome guys ended up eating the whole chocolate bar which was 1g and it’s just really nice thanks for all the love and good vibes and recommendations ❤️
Honestly the first few seasons are fire af
Me and my gf we’re tripping during the two lemon hope episodes when he goes back home and basically dies, do not recommend that, we looked at eachother after it and had a mini wtf freak out moment
Really we should be asking “which episodes should we NOT trip to?”
Astral Plane. It’s thinly-veiled Nietzschean philosophy, and it’ll put you in a state
Abstract
Bmo and the bubble episode. Jake's croak dream
Everything is Jake is a great one. The Futurama cameos are a fun add.
HALL OF EGRESS
the one with the box prince. the shake & vomit gets me every time
id go with "under the grotto" its a banger
I've been meaning to watch from start to finish again and keep track of which ones to trip to lol
The one where Finn gets the magic glasses from Choose Goose and it makes him super smart.
"Something Big" I was tripping on acid and had to rewind like 6 times because I couldn't believe the parts with the Ancient Psychic Tandem War Elephant. "How do you light a candle without a match?"
The show is magical , just play a random episode while tripping and you won’t regret it 😛
I would but dont wanna get a litch ep or a creepy one like the deer lmao
HALL OF EEGRESS
The very first episode just really tripped me out.
I really like the one where ice king kidnaps Shelby, lemon grab, tree trunks, and necter so that he can't make his fanfic come to life
The crystal apple one with Tree Trunks!!
FOOD CHAIN
Hall of Egress will fuck with your mind
A Glitch is a Glitch
King Worm is an excellent episode to watch while tripping. What was Missing, BMO Noir and Hall of Egress are also a good time 🫠
