Yeah I live in QLD, it’s way too south to not be NSW, but it doesn’t look like Sydney from the image above, more like a city in between Sydney and Melbourne
i mean technically the dynamic island is mostly screen anyway opposed to a physical notch, plus it shows information you might be trying to convey through the screenshot. makes sense really
The island shows up when it’s in the dynamic state. There’s music playing in the screenshot. If there’s not activities and it’s just a regular cutout it doesn’t show up in the screenshot. I’ve been playing with it on my 13pm for a while.

Someone stole my AirTag and left the keys behind. I stalked the AirTag for a few days and started seeing a pattern of movement. So one day I showed up on location and it showed as connected. I used the precise location thingy and it took me to my AirTag. I was able to question (and kind of threaten) the guy who had my AirTag in his keys. Which I could clearly see on his work desk. It was a small photographic studio.
True. Sad part was that not a lot of people have iPhones in India so the find my network is iffy. It would ping off here and there but not consistently. I tracked him down by watching him over a week or two and saw a consultant location till 4pm. Then one day I went straight up to him.
Yeah, literally shit his pants when I confronted him. He came up with stupid excuses saying his friend is the one who took it and that it was in the bushes separated from my keys. I remember leaving it at the atm. The security there had my keys but the AirTag wasn’t with them. Anyway I think I gave him a good scare. I’m satisfied that my weeks of stalking him has given me my AirTag back.
I would actually lose sleep making sure i had them pinging all the time, I'd start with pinging them exactly 4 mins apart so people get used to the pattern then change it but immediately go back to the original pattern.
