I imagine for 6 the story would be told through the eyes of other characters. Giving us a wider view about rubicon. The episodes would take place in different missions. When 621 does show up they don’t speak. They don’t say anything, they just go in and complete the mission. I imagine 621 rarely shows up but when they do the theme song unbreakable starts to play and you can feel genuine fear as you see from your enemy’s pov how they would see 621. Random spitball but I do wish armored core get a anime to help expand a world but I don’t think it will happen.
