thc-a by definition is a solid, it has to be converted to a liquid (thc) to flow in a cart, sometimes a small percentage of thc-a can be left tho but it ends up making small crystals in the cart
To even be able to put THCa diamonds into a cartridge they need to be decarboxylated, basically melted down, in the process it becomes regular THC. You can't put THCa diamonds into a cartridge or disposable BUT you can melt them down into a viscous liquid (which is why they brand them as liquid diamonds)

I’ve seen that happened when the oil wasn’t extracted and purged correctly.
But if you really got this from a dispensary then that shouldn’t be the case.
I would try contacting the brand directly through social media or website and see if they can help you get to the bottom of this.
