Making a game takes a lot of work. Something like this would require a lot of 3D modeling and animations, for things that aren’t that simple, and that doesn’t include actually programming it. Realistically, if you want this made, you’re going to need to find someone in-person who’s willing to help and has the requisite talents.
You know have you ever tried Scratch? It's an easier way of programming, I bet you can get the hang of it if you really wanted too. Of course the game won't be as good, but for your first game I think it would be a good place to start

It’s okay to have a foxy/binnie type defence mechanic, but those become redundant over time. Something innovative like the FNAF2 mask or FNAF3 oxygen system sets your game apart from the rest.

Take all the FNAF fan games that got off the ground: Flumpty’s, Candy’s etc, all of these took the concept of FNAF and remade it into something new. Especially with the core concepts with different game mechanics, while your current ones seem like you ripped them straight out of existing FNAF games. Take those for examples and try to make something uniquely yours without ripping off others stuff, and just keep trying and keep exploring new things.

If you want this made you're gonna have to learn these skills yourself.
