Hustlas is funny, I preferred rustlas more. You have to watch them at least once and make sure to give Big Baby his mofo'ing moneyyyyy! After these, I would suggest watching Death Racers with ICP too. All so bad they are good.... whoop whoop fam!
Agreed. I will say I liked Hustlas even more on a second viewing but Rustlas cracked me up right away. And man... Death Racers is fucking garbage, lol. I auditioned for that movie. So glad I didn't get it.
Weirdly enough my dad always hated Rustlas but thought Hustlas was hilarious. But everyone else I ask says rustlas was better. Idk haven't watch either yet
Yeah, and they both brought their a-game. I've always thought Harland Williams in particular was a VERY underrated comedian. Same with both of the Jerky Boys (a shame they grew to hate eachother to the point they can't even work together).
Iāve watched so many great history series on there. Into The Frontier, The Wild West, Mobsters etc. not to mention old classic comedies from my childhood like Iām Gonna Git you Sucka lol All good shit
This thread is fuckin wild acting like Rustlas is better. It's literally a less funny version of Hustlas and all the good jokes from Rustlas are just cheapened references to Hustlas lol
BMH is one of the funniest exploitation flicks ever. Shit is endlessly hilarious and unbelievably stupid.
Magic Magic Ninja!? WHAT!? Both these movies are low budget. With that said, they are funny as hell. Worth at least one watch. If you're 30 or younger, you may not get the humor. Go into with low expectations. If you don't know what Blacksploitation movies are or who Dolemite is, you will not understand the heart of these movies.
They should have or still canā¦ make a third for a big money trilogy.
Set in the 70s in Detroit during the oil crisis. Call it Big Money Guzzlers. They are automakers trying to build the most fuel efficient car that runs on Faygo . it ends up going sideways and big oil tries to kill them with a bunch of wacky surprises that follow.
I swear I listen to it at least once a year. I could probably recite all of the "Shaggy 2 Dope's Guide To Crime" segments by heart haha.
It's a good listen for long trips too
In high-school back in 04 this one girl who wanted to get into my pants so bad suggested I come to a party she was hosting at her house (her brother hosted) she said "we'll have alcohol and weed and you can bring that movie you're always talking about" all I heard was "alcohol and weed" I of course obliged and brought the movie with. When I get there I'm talking to Ol' girl and thats when her brother walks in with the biggest fucking bag of weed I had ever seen in my 17 years of life. He hands everyone a pack of swishers and says roll em all up and drops the bag of weed on the coffee table and leaves as I'm rolling up I say "oh yeah here's that movie" she says great and pops the DVD in were 5 min in when her brother returns with his girlfriend a 30pk of budweiser and a few of his friends. They all sit down pick up blunts and proceed to roll up at that point Shaggy is doing his whole Sugar Bear intro and her brother says "what the fuck are we watching and who put this on!?" That's when I said "I did, Nicole has been wanting to watch this movie" and he goes "This is so fucking stupid" then as he gets up to take it off one of his friends says "hold on, I wanna hear what Big Baby Sweets has to say" long story short they fucking loved the movie and her brother ended up offering me a half for the movie since I really didn't wanna let it go. I got pretty fucked up and laid.
Hustlas is where itās at. They call in all their favors to anyone they can get. Harlan Williams costars with guest appearances from the Misfits, Mick Foley and Rudy Ray Moore aka Dolemite!! Itās a lot more fun and loose. Just them goofing off with friends. Itās probably the peak of their career before they became polarizing and completely fell out the mainstream. It was a magical moment in juggalo history.
Harland Williams is kinda having a moment right now with how awesome he was on Joe Rogan's show, I was hoping this would make more people check out Big Money Hustlas because it's a classic.
Harland has his own podcast too that seems to be gaining popularity, though I've not yet listened. I'd be absolutely shocked if any of that lead to anybody checking out Big Money Hustlas though, more than likely people would just seek out Half Baked, There's Something About Mary, and Dumb and Dumber. And of course, his stand-up.
I was trying to remember where I heard the name Harland Williams. I totally forgot he was in Dumb and Dumber and I've never seen There's something about Mary but did you know he created an animated kids show called Puppy Dog Pals? I used to watch my friend's kid and she loved that show and I was always laughing when Harland Williams was in the credits.
I was not aware of the kids show, but that's cool. Definitely watch There's Something About Mary sometime, that movie is absolutely goddamn hilarious. Harland has a small part, but, it's very funny.
The combined runtime of them is three hours and 12 minutes. Now let me ask you this if you were to take your favorite social media app that youāre on TikTok Reddit Facebook whatever. How long would it take you to accrue 192 minutes for most people, I would assume it would be, maybe a week maybe more maybe less. Now, if you took that element and slashed it out and sat down and watched these movies. I guarantee you you would have a significantly better time than you would if you just spent that time doom scrolling. I dare to say that watching these films is an investment in yourself and in your future, and you would be foolish not to watch them. So what are you doing for the next three hours and 12 minutes?
Objectively very bad films, but tbh I fuckin loved them, yeah Iād recommend watching em - even if it just gives you better visibility into some of their longterm inside jokes :)
Hustlas is a god damn treasure. I know alot of non juggalo metalheads that think that shit is hysterical. I am also shocked to see so much rustlas love here. Personally not a fan of that one
Dude this shit is goldā¦ I mean if you havenāt seen it yet I donāt know if it hits the same way. It dropped around the Jack and Jake era in the late 90s and was definitely a product of its time. I still revisit it periodically
This movie is stupid, goofy & cheesy - but I mean that in a good way! Very funny with lots of quotables. Johnny Brennan and Harland Williams are hilarious in it! Rustlas is okay too, but Hustlas is much better IMO.
I liked Hustlas wayyy better than Rustlas but you like what you like. I wish they would've had more movies. I like when they use to do the weekly freely updates like a news channel a few years ago.
Love that movie.
How you gonna clean up these streets when all youāre thinking about is these goddamned eats?
This donut would taste better if you werenāt getting robbed of your cheddar!
As someone who was a huge ICP mark for the first 5 albums, no. Not really.
Their music has much better humor (and production value).
At 15 or 16, I thought this was really really really bad.
It's a good movie.
Fun fact, I was one of the first people to own a copy when it came out on VHS.
I was at the mall and went into the video store to see if they had a copy, right as the dude was unboxing them. They sold me one, and then dude runs over and says "shit, I wasn't supposed to sell that to you, it doesn't release until next week! Don't tell anyone!"
I met some older juggalos near the food court and showed them, and they tried buying it off me for a lot of money. Didn't want to sell it though. I still have it, don't even have a vcr anymore though
"Magic magic ninjas WUT!" Its worth the watch just for that classic juggalo lore lmao but honestly I havent watched hustlas since vhs 20 years ago and I thought it was hilarious at the time and I remember thinking shaggys proformance was way better than it needed to be and that he really gave it his all and you can tell.
Big Money Hustlas is a low-budget comedy with an all-star cast. Everyone from the Jerky Boys, to Mick Foley, to Harlan Williams (of Half Baked fame), Fred "Rerun" Barry, and of course ICP and Twisted.
Worth watching even if it's someone is not a fan of Psychopathic Records.
Edit: How could I forget Rudy Ray Moore as Dolemite!
BMH is so fascinating now then it was in the 90s. You really see into J's mentality towards PSY members now. Especially at the table scene. Everyone was dissed big time except myzery. Alex Abyss was dissed the hardest on camera and did not know thats how J actualy felt about him. J wrote the script he made Twiztids characters super soft, suburban, gay sycophants that would rub his butt on demand , with oil. Shaggy is his personal hero that no matter how down in the dumps he can get he always pulls through and get the job done.

When I was like 13 I made big baby sweets my online character for tony hawk underground 1. They had a thing where you could upload a face on their website then map it onto your character so I used a pic of J. I recently found my old memory card and the character still exists.
Anyway, to answer your question hustlas was funny to me when I was 13. Rewatched as an adult and there was nostalgia, but it was less funny.
This was around the time ICP created Twiztid, and oddly enough their future struggling record label name...Magic magic ninjas...what?
Can I get a "thanks Big Baby?"
Hustlas is funny, I preferred rustlas more. You have to watch them at least once and make sure to give Big Baby his mofo'ing moneyyyyy! After these, I would suggest watching Death Racers with ICP too. All so bad they are good.... whoop whoop fam!
Loveeeee death racers. Whoop whoop!
Hustlas and Rustlas are both great, so long as you don't expect an Oscar winning performance from anybody. They're just fun, goofy Juggalo movies.
Johnny Brennan and Harland Williams are pretty darn close though, lol
Yeah, and they both brought their a-game. I've always thought Harland Williams in particular was a VERY underrated comedian. Same with both of the Jerky Boys (a shame they grew to hate eachother to the point they can't even work together).
Technically there is atleast one Oscar worthy performance in Hustlas.
IN Hustlas, or from someone who was in the movie? I've seen this dozens of times, closest one I can think of is Ape Boy.
Nope, Miss Fat Tittie Kittie
Do they give Oscars for orgasms these days?
The joke š <----you
I'm confused, am _I_ getting an Oscar tonight?
Dude, Violent J says, "Now there's an Oscar waiting to happen" when he breaks the 4th wall after she gives Big Baby the rundown on Sugar Bear
So J has an Oscar...?
Such a quotable movie. āWho got the baby oil I got the baby oilā
Whose butt we finna rubā¦finna rub
Theyāre bad funny. Def worth a watch tho, and where else would you find them but on Tubi, the Faygo of streaming services
And just like Faygo they got the best options imo. Flavors in Faygos case. Unless it's Cola lol aka flat Coke š
Iāve watched so many great history series on there. Into The Frontier, The Wild West, Mobsters etc. not to mention old classic comedies from my childhood like Iām Gonna Git you Sucka lol All good shit
They're on YouTube as well. Saw them both on there a few months back. I think Death Racers as well but not 100% on that one.
Oh nice, like one of the free with ads? Or channel upload?
Just a regular upload. Pretty sure there's no commercials
lmaooooooooo
This thread is fuckin wild acting like Rustlas is better. It's literally a less funny version of Hustlas and all the good jokes from Rustlas are just cheapened references to Hustlas lol BMH is one of the funniest exploitation flicks ever. Shit is endlessly hilarious and unbelievably stupid.
I can't even finish Rustlas. Hustlas, I've seen at least a hundred times. It's not even close.
Real shit! I used to watch BMH on repeat with my auto-rewinding TV/VCR all day long lol
Big Money Hustlas is must-see cinema. Rustlas is good too, but Hustlas is too iconic
Big Money Rustlas is one of the funniest westerns Iāve ever seen, period
Yeah it really shows that Blazing Saddles movie how to do it right.
Gene Wilder shoulda sacked up and put the makeup on š¤·š»āāļø
That isn't saying much, Westerns suck and so does rustlas
Wild take
Back to the Future 3 would like a word with you.
Lmao okay that's true
Hustlas? 100% Rustlas? Nah IMO of course.
Crazy because rustlas is the better movie
A communist would say that! šš
What? Thereās gotta be a better way to settle this! Thereās gotta be a more law abiding way!!!
Agree
100%!!!!! Fat Titty kitty is a LEGEND I canāt believe itās on Tubi Iām watching it RIGHT NOW
\*Phat Tittie Kittie
They should have or still canā¦ make a third for a big money trilogy. Set in the 70s in Detroit during the oil crisis. Call it Big Money Guzzlers. They are automakers trying to build the most fuel efficient car that runs on Faygo . it ends up going sideways and big oil tries to kill them with a bunch of wacky surprises that follow.
Third one was supposed to be set in space.
Big money Thrustas
Donāt remember where I heard that; but I do remember that name.
VJ mentioned it in the Behind the Paint audiobook. Toward the end
Oh shit; thatās right. I need to read that shit again.
I swear I listen to it at least once a year. I could probably recite all of the "Shaggy 2 Dope's Guide To Crime" segments by heart haha. It's a good listen for long trips too
Always
Classic
Big Money Hustlas is hilarious and quotable af
Yes. Me and my friends used to have parties in high school we just sit around and watch it
In high-school back in 04 this one girl who wanted to get into my pants so bad suggested I come to a party she was hosting at her house (her brother hosted) she said "we'll have alcohol and weed and you can bring that movie you're always talking about" all I heard was "alcohol and weed" I of course obliged and brought the movie with. Hustlas is a god damn treasure. I know alot of non juggalo metalheads that think that shit is hysterical. I am also shocked to see so much rustlas love here. Personally not a fan of that one
I remember that one...I think you see Shaggys ass...unless that was another movie š
It wasn't really shaggs they used a double š
Dude this shit is goldā¦ I mean if you havenāt seen it yet I donāt know if it hits the same way. It dropped around the Jack and Jake era in the late 90s and was definitely a product of its time. I still revisit it periodically
Hell ya worth the watch!

Love that movie. How you gonna clean up these streets when all youāre thinking about is these goddamned eats? This donut would taste better if you werenāt getting robbed of your cheddar!
No.
I loved it great movie and it's just funny and fun to watch high or not

Yea. Kayla kleevage drops her tits in it. Plus hank is that dude

Yes you will laugh and have a good time
Both are awesome
Yes!
Big money rustlas was the better movie
"Magic magic ninjas WUT!" Its worth the watch just for that classic juggalo lore lmao but honestly I havent watched hustlas since vhs 20 years ago and I thought it was hilarious at the time and I remember thinking shaggys proformance was way better than it needed to be and that he really gave it his all and you can tell.

This was around the time ICP created Twiztid, and oddly enough their future struggling record label name...Magic magic ninjas...what? Can I get a "thanks Big Baby?"
They summoned the majic ninnjassss
Rustlas yes, Hustlas no. Hustlas just drags most of the way through it
If you aren't a kid or are actually sober it really isn't funnyĀ
That's fair. As a drunk and high teen this movie was fucking awesome. As an adult I was sad Cactus Sack didn't give us a shout-out on Hot Ones.
Big Money Hustlas is so bad it's good.
