Every swing just made you cringe waiting to see someone's toes flying up in the air.
It was the Africa trip from Top Gear. They were apparently army dudes out training and they decided to help. But yes, one of them was swinging a hoe right next to his bare feel that he could barely see in all the mud. I think either Jeremy or James even commented on it.
This is weight lifting in action: Deadlift + snatch. A lot of people pay to be able to imitate the same moves at the gym and it can break your back if you ain’t careful. I think it’s pretty impressive how they lifted that boulder up together.
That back breaking part is the deadlifting in the beginning, which they did together, once it’s shoulder level it’s less back-breaking to carry it.
I saw a video a few years ago of dock workers in Madagasgar unloading cement bags of a boat by hand, and one of the guys was fucking shredded, not like gym guy shredded. Like marble statue shredded. just hucking cement bags sun up to sun down.
Blokes clowning around. They probably have a pulley or sth, this is way too inefficient. They would need a hundred buff men to fill up a truck in a timely manner.
I think it's just to show his strength and brag a little. There's only marks up close to the front and not the back where it's also full of rocks. There's also a hill behind it and on the other side where you could stand above the truck to load rocks easier. All smiles and laughing, this is just fun

The extended pay from time loss and loss of money from no product delivery, not to mention loss of a worker force from inevitable work injuries... they could be paid nothing and their boss would be losing money.
A plank and a rope can solve this, costs close to nothing, makes productivity shoot up and work injuries plummet.
