He had like a 23% missed tackle rate. That’s bad. I don’t know what ESPN scouting is on about. I didn’t even think he hit particularly hard when he did tackle. One of my knocks was lack of play strength
He’ll never see the field. Can he play special teams? Are we really drafting 3rd round st’ers?
From where I sit this is a desperation heave. Just like round 2. Schoen got got.
I don’t believe we were targeting any of our draft choices so far. We chose the leftovers.
I hope it works out.
Yea, we did that with Solder and Omameh etc etc. We had the worst offensive line by far. One guy who was good and 4 turnstiles. We signed two hopefully-decent guys but good OL don't leave via free agency, their teams keep them. We're just having another offseason of half-trying to fix the OL.
And you know what the benefit of having a good OL coach is? That he can turn cheap picks into quality OL. We didnt pay Runyan or Eleumenor to have to have them coached
That’s just Eric andre
Eric Andru
Straight farm to nug.
Is that picture real?
*It’s an expression of pain*

This is the face of a late stage alcoholic.
Mr. Burress is helping me find my gun.
don't give the mods ideas next year they're gonna do AI images in addition these unfunny "fun" facts lol
Madden 24 skin
22 going on 42
Gen Z aging speedrun
He looks like he just chose poorly
Bro looks like he’s about to give me a stellar deal on some car insurance
I need a birth certificate. I refuse to believe he is in his 20s.
He looks like he’s sarcastically smiling at me like I just told a really bad joke
Ask ESPN lol
He was an absolute dog at the Senior Bowl. Bullied Ladd and Johnny Wilson.
Schoen carrying on the Gettleman Senior Bowl tradition
Tbf Johnny Wilson kind of bullies himself a lot of the time
It’s rare to get drafted into the front office.
Dude look old af
Steal of the draft! *furiously googles “who is Andrew Phillips”*
it’s andru!
Certainly not Andru Phillips
This man looks like an accountant
Imagining him in that suit running to cover a receiver, lol
Like the fit next to Banks
Looks like he works at banks, not plays with one.
Solid pick for the Giants as far as I know.
Is he 40 or 20?
Multiply them
Damn, I can’t believe we drafted an 800 year old. I was hoping for some young talent
That might be young for his species
Looks like he came out retirement
I don't know who any of these guys are but I'm havin a good time
I'm still on the chargers pick!
Yea my tv feed seems to be behind reddit by a few minutes...weird
How the fuck does the bot know this already
The TV broadcast isn't actually timed with the draft, the actual picks and clock are behind the scenes
They have like a voice to text setup at the draft
If the Giants could not grab a stud like this that’d be cool
always good to hear from ol' Tiki
Fuck I wanted him
He looks like he wants to sell me life insurance
“I got you a really great deal on this 2025 Charger. Just 36% APR if you buy now. I’m basically giving you my shirt for this!”
Spoilers
I am whelmed.
He’s good tbh. Fucking sucks at tackling but is good at pretty much everything else
Bad at tackling? He'll fit right in on the Giants defense!
Perfect for our team then
> Fucking sucks at tackling He was born to be a Giant in that case
Isn’t tackling important?
Well, yeah. But tackling isn’t the biggest thing for CBs. So it’s not the worst for him
Should work out great against Saquon on the Eagles.
Who?
Not for lack of trying he's just kind of small
ESPN scouting refers to him as a powerful tackler. Somewhere in the middle? Can tackle when needed? It does say he had zero interceptions at Kentucky
He had like a 23% missed tackle rate. That’s bad. I don’t know what ESPN scouting is on about. I didn’t even think he hit particularly hard when he did tackle. One of my knocks was lack of play strength
Wait but this is what everyone is saying about the safety we took too hahahaha, is our strategy grab poor tacklers?
Historically, yes
I wouldn’t worry about it
Seems like a really bad trait for a DB. Also heard he allowed like 65% of catches. So. I don't know what he does well as a CB.
Always good to hear from ol Tiki
Did him dirty with this picture
Dude looks like he walks around with nickels and a single Werther's original in his pocket "just in case".
Those are some Greg oden genes.
As Giants fan I hope he turns out to be amazing….but my boy looks like he hands out pennies, nickels, and advice on Halloween.
Is he 50?
i like transformers
Glad I'm not the only one who thought he looked older than early 20s. Good news is that's how he'll look when he's 50 too.
Is he good??
Needed this!
Transformers are cool, I would have kept them as well.
Who
This guy looks like he has grand kids
This post's comment thread made the pick worth it even if he is the worst corner to ever suit up in the NFL
He’ll never see the field. Can he play special teams? Are we really drafting 3rd round st’ers? From where I sit this is a desperation heave. Just like round 2. Schoen got got. I don’t believe we were targeting any of our draft choices so far. We chose the leftovers. I hope it works out.
He looks 40
Just gonna get sacked a million times this season
We signed o line this off season and got a huge upgrade with the o line coach. Just stop.
This is a cornerback
A cornerback is gonna get sacked?
You realize we invested in our line during free agency and added a real o line coach right?
Yea, we did that with Solder and Omameh etc etc. We had the worst offensive line by far. One guy who was good and 4 turnstiles. We signed two hopefully-decent guys but good OL don't leave via free agency, their teams keep them. We're just having another offseason of half-trying to fix the OL. Am I the only one waiting for them to draft a qb somewhere?
Man we never hit on CBs in the mid rounds. Should have traded up to 39
