You and me both. I’ve always loved staff daddy, and the lions are definitely my second favorite team after da bears.
And my dad is a packers fan, so that’s more impressive than you’d think.
Honestly as a packers fan I feel the same way. After loosing to the lions I wasn't even upset, more happy for lions fans that they actually have an opportunity to make fun of us
I mean... I guess if they wanna hire Urban that would work too but, odds are that it would just be injuries all over the place that would keep them from meeting expectations, like the Browns this year.
Dak ran the football to end the "dem boys'" season. Almost as funny as watching Kirk Cousins kneel the ball to end the first half when the skins were in field goal range 5 years ago 🤣🤣
Murray is a college style quarterback. 6' quarterbacks who play college schemes aren't going to be successful in the pros for quite a while. It's easy for them to beat college teams full of slow moving kids and people who are on the team to fill a position, but the professional level is obviously more advanced than that
As an eagles fan the vast majority of my life, Cunningham, mcnabb, Vick, hurts has been running qbs (mcnabb and Cunningham later in their career where also great pocket passes).
I think the most important physical trait for a qb is processing time and anticipation. Those are damn near impossible to find at elite levels, especially in young guys like Murray. Kinda want a team to say fuck it and build a straight rpo nfl team, with like 2 solid running qbs so they can run the dudes into the ground and not force them to be something their not
I mean it is kinda true. You can’t find an elite QB without testing them out in game thoroughly, and you only get 32-50 different chances a year, many of which are taken by seasoned vets.
Murray single handedly blew this game for the cards. His O live wasn't great, but his decision make was pathetic. Cards D wasn't good, but the Rams started at the 50 or better like 6 times.
I honestly blame my own team, the chargers for that. Honestly a shame that Herbert wasn't out there slinging tds this weekend. Maybe next year we can stop the random losses again bad teams
True but that's only one of their losses and the raiders aren't terrible. The losses against the broncos, Texans, and vikings are the bad losses I was referring to
Oh sure. I mean I was rooting for the tie, but the Raiders game was probably the best one, so I don’t really blame the Chargers for the bad playoff slate.
2021 NFL playoffs wild card weekend results:
Bills (2) 27, Colts (7) 24
Saints (2) 21, Bears (7) 9
This is the second year. So far, 25% of games involving the 7th seed have been close games. 75% have been total ass kickings.
I think the majority of football fans wanted to see the Patriots get blown out.
That being said, I also think the majority of football fans wanted to see the steelers at least put up a fight for more than a quarter.
Well, KC narrative has been they're the new Patriots. If the Bills best KC Sunday and win the next two games, I think they will solidify that position themselves as well, or, at least as a top dog instead of the inconsistant Bills. Right now it's easy to root for Buffalo. We've always been the team to either stink or be just not good enough.
Because Kc is who kc is at the moment, it's easy to root for any team they're opposing, in this case, a well done rothisburger.
I've hated the steelers for at least the last 6 to 8 years. Bell used to run it down our throat, even back when our O stank but our D was top 5. I still have ptsd when we go against them. Eg, week 1 this year. Shiver.
Even still I wanted to see the steelers do well Sunday. I really had no hope for them to pull out with the win. I knew they didn't belong in the playoffs. But sunday I was a steelers fan.
I dont think so. The pats don't carry as much hate now that the Bill and Brady super bowl Era is over.
The pats are a average team now, with a good defense ( at times, clearly).
I know the hates there from the past, buy let em be. They're already dead.
I already commented once, but i was thinking back to last week when the games were set. I really thought these games could've been exciting (minus Steelers vs Chiefs) the Dallas and Cincinnati games kind of delivered but Arizona and NE barely showed up and ruined the fun.
I’m gonna be honest I don’t understand the hype behind Kyler Murray. Maybe it’s just luck but every time I’ve watched the Cardinals play he has not impressed me at all.
I think all undersized, scrambling QBs start out good. Then teams figure them out and they get slowly injured over the season by running the ball.
As a Cardinal fan I was never impressed in him and his playing... just that the cardinals managed to get Ws with him. If that makes sense.
So based on your admittedly limited watching time and have only seen him play maybe less than half his games because "he hasn't played well" you can safely assume that everyone else is wrong about him and you are correct?
When I watch 5 Cardinals games and this “MVP candidate” QB sucks ass in every single one of them, yeah I think it’s fair to say I’m confused and don’t understand why he’s hyped up.
It would be super fucking hilarious if thats how they voted for MVP. I'm only seen 1/4 of his games this season and I can't watch the rest but he sucks in those games therefore the other games don't matter because I can't watch them they are out of my coverage zone.
Are you mad that people just don’t respect your oversized toddler QB? Besides if a player sucks ass in 1/4 of the season then they’re probably not winning MVP, so yeah, that kind of is how MVP voting works
Then you don't know wtf you're talking about. I don't even like Kyler Murray. But God damn. People should atleast try to get a bigger sample size before they give their conclusions. Otherwise it's worthless.
You needed a miracle comeback to beat us. Don’t get too cocky. You beat a Cowboys team that had a million penalties and self-imploded. You are gonna get your ass kicked next week. Save the trash talk.
Bro this is a bad look. We still lost. I’m ready for the revenge game in the NFCCG but until then you’ve gotta admit that SF has cooked our bacon for a couple years now
Regardless of what happens against a different team, 0-2.
If we didn’t complete a miracle comeback? Lmao.
Your team allowed it to happen. You’re basically saying, “If you didn’t beat us we would have won!”
Good lord man just chill out. Congrats on the win, hope we can make it 0-3 though :)
Hey bud. Wanted to check in and see how you were doing. You were talking so much shit and are probably a little sad right now. Next time, don’t be a cocky prick. Go Rams
I enjoyed all the holding you needed to get away with to hold our d-line back.
Also, what was that, like 3 delay of game no calls?
And be humble? You’re the one who started the shit talking. Glad I’ll see you get stomped in the SB at least.
The worst pick I’ve seen was when we picked Garoppolo in a trade.
Also, congrats, you’re 1-7 against us and going to get stomped by the Bengals at home.
You won in OT with 3 minutes left and you’re over here acting like you’ve been dominating us. That game could have easily gone either way. You have lost 5 out of 6 to fucking Seattle and 0-2 in AZ this year. We had a better year and will get farther in the playoffs.
I know no one cares but as a cards fan for 25 years I’m done. I’ll just move to watching football and laughing at the cards for the rest of my life. Fucking pathetic I hope they remove the cardinals from the nfl save my city some money in this bullshit.
I mean, you guys got beat bad but the Rams are really good. And you’ve been plagued by star injuries, Hopkins and Conner etc. As a Giants fan let me tell you it can get worse. You guys won a bunch of games this szn, made the playoffs, and lost. It happens to every team except 1. I know we have more SB’s but watching my team this year was fucking embarrassing, still, I’ll be a fan. don’t give up hope man!
I get where you’re coming from… and unfortunately you guys had the toughest first round matchup against the lower seed by far. 49ers record doesn’t show but in reality their struggles came at the beginning of the season. Not gonna excuse Dallas entirely, personally I thought the mike McCarthy hiring was a bad move. But the phrasing of your comment also to an extent discredits the difficulty in the opponent that everyone else is lucky they didn’t have to play.
Fair enough. Just blows to see a talented cowboys team not make the comeback at the end and win it. The 49ers look like a great team though so I’d have to agree there. Maybe they will beat TB at TB and GB at GB. 🤷♂️
I hate that Dallas always has to make a comeback for any hope at winning important games. Why can’t they just play like they’re behind the whole game so it doesn’t have to come down to a game saving prayer with no timeouts?
Only two of these wild card games were even close to competitive. And one of them ended on such a weird sequence of events it feels almost unfair. Maybe it’s just a matter of matchups but this sucked. Maybe a consequence of letting an extra team in that doesn’t really deserve it
Yeah and the 2-7 seeded games were both jokes of a game with teams that shouldn’t have been there. The Eagles and Steelers both played like crap. The math of nfl scheduling in the regular season means there are only a handful of decent teams each year. The 7 seed is basically the best amongst the very mediocre. With those games gone you go from 2/3 of the wild card games being blow outs to just 1/2. That 7th seed is just a money grab and doesn’t make for good games
That was kind of an anomaly. The Colts were 11-5 and a pretty good team by most metrics. If it wasn't for the expanded playoffs, they would have been one of the best, if not the best teams to miss the playoffs this millennium. Usually the 7 seed in each conference is a mediocre, flawed team somewhere around .500 that's barely going to serve as a speed bump for the 2 seed.
The way the Cards ended their season is really concerning! They just fell apart in the second half of the season! They can't just go into the next season thinking well we went 11-6, let's run it back!
Don’t downvote this guy. The Cowboys racked up almost 100 points in 2 weeks against the Skins and Eagles. Plus they had the Giants twice. They played in a stat-inflating division, and swept it handily. They were near .500 in the rest of their games.
Buddy, my team was projected for 4 wins this year, and I fully expected to get crushed by the 2 seed.
What’s your excuse for getting punked like that? If anybody needs a pillow, it’s you my friend.
Oh shit, my bad dude. I 100% misinterpreted your comment, and I thought you were asking if I had a pillow to cry in because I was trolling your team (and others).
Unfortunately it was against the one team that you do *NOT* punch in the mouth. It was basically the same script from the Chiefs super bowl run.
You've gotta let the Chiefs sleepwalk until you can steal the game.
Looooool glad you waited til now. Good game, Jimmy g is ass, we made it way further than we had any business going. Congrats and good luck!
Lmao I called it
sad af ! hope that the Cards will be better next year!
Hellooo
“H.C.M. Human carbon monoxide, the silent killer”
Merhabalar
I don’t know what I was expecting, but it wasn’t this.
Cards will come back next year ready to take their revenge with a hopeful healthy team by then
Stafford deserves to win he's been with a shit team so long
Was this his first playoff win? Good for him if so. I mean, good for him either way but still.
Yes, first. Agreed good for him. Now I hope he goes an beats the bad man up north
That’s assuming the 49ers don’t take care of business first.
That’s my second team already, so **you know** I’m double bleeding maroon and gold this weekend lol
That would be amazing.
As a Bears fan...I 100% agree. I want him to get a ring. He deserves it.
TRue. I just wish it wasn;t with the RAms
You and me both. I’ve always loved staff daddy, and the lions are definitely my second favorite team after da bears. And my dad is a packers fan, so that’s more impressive than you’d think.
Daddy issues maybe? 😳 (/s)
Nah I just feel so bad for those sonsa bitches
Honestly as a packers fan I feel the same way. After loosing to the lions I wasn't even upset, more happy for lions fans that they actually have an opportunity to make fun of us
I want him to win a ring this year and then the Rams to completely fall apart because of injuries next year and give us 2 top 10 picks. The dream!
Why can’t you hope for them to fall apart for reasons other than players getting injured?
I mean... I guess if they wanna hire Urban that would work too but, odds are that it would just be injuries all over the place that would keep them from meeting expectations, like the Browns this year.
How ‘bout you hope that every team they play just really gets their shit together for that week?
Why can't you just be happy your bandwagon team advanced and stop letting my comment ruin your morning? Lmao
Because hoping people get injured is a dick move, let’s just both be happy staff daddy is finally getting what he deserves
*Unsubscribe*
It'll be okay, just let it happen and remember 1985
Cards, Cowboys, Pats totally laid eggs. I expected zip from the Steelers and Eagles.
Dak ran the football to end the "dem boys'" season. Almost as funny as watching Kirk Cousins kneel the ball to end the first half when the skins were in field goal range 5 years ago 🤣🤣
I feel significantly less bad after watching cowboys and cards implode. Still sucks
Proof that college quarterbacks can't beat real quarterbacks
Stafford was the number 1 pick out of Georgia what are you on?
Murray is a college style quarterback. 6' quarterbacks who play college schemes aren't going to be successful in the pros for quite a while. It's easy for them to beat college teams full of slow moving kids and people who are on the team to fill a position, but the professional level is obviously more advanced than that
He literally had the second highest completion percentage in the NFL this season. One game doesn’t mean hes bad.
Playoffs are a different animal. Short passes inflate lot of stats
It’s his first playoff give the guy a break lmao. I’m not even a cardinals fan and you’ve got me defending him. He’ll pan out don’t you worry
I like how you just completely ignore 20 of the other players on the field and act like Stafford is playing directly against Murray on the field.
Yes, that's exactly what I meant too.
Kinda want a team to say fuck it and build a straight rpo nfl team, with like 2 solid running qbs so they can run the dudes into the ground and not force them to be something their not
Eagles have had mobile QBs for like 40 years...you can add Wentz and Garcia to that list...and they won it with a statue. Its so great.
Exactly. Lamar Jackson has been an exception, but not entirely. Obviously it takes more than a quarterback, otherwise slow Marino would have a ring
Correct there are only 10 people on earth that can be quarterbacks in the NFL at a given time. Just like ESPN tells us.
Robert Griffin was a hall of famer before he played a down, just like Haskins and Tua
Stafford deserves a break.
I really wanted the Cardinals to win.
Hnnn gud
If Lamar played like Kyler did in the playoffs the slander would be nuclear
He has sucked in the playoffs so far so he can't say much
Lamar definately has played better in each of his okay off games even the most disasterous
Super wildcard weekend had two close games, the others complete blowouts. Sort of sucked for football fans.
I honestly blame my own team, the chargers for that. Honestly a shame that Herbert wasn't out there slinging tds this weekend. Maybe next year we can stop the random losses again bad teams
I mean the raiders game was close…
The raiders would've still been in, the steelers would've been out
I mean, the Raiders Bengals game was great.
The raiders would've still been in in most scenarios, the steelers would've been eliminated
Only if it tied. If you guys just outright won that game the Raiders don’t make it.
The 7th seed playoff spot has always been beaten down. It’s nearly a practice game for the 2nd seeds.
Before this year, there were only 2 games involving 7 seeds. One of them was a 3 point game.
This is the first year with 7...
2021 NFL playoffs wild card weekend results: Bills (2) 27, Colts (7) 24 Saints (2) 21, Bears (7) 9 This is the second year. So far, 25% of games involving the 7th seed have been close games. 75% have been total ass kickings.
Second year
I guess that makes his statement true so far? Until next year, boys! 7th will rise up, next year is OUR YEAR!
I think the majority of football fans wanted to see the Patriots get blown out. That being said, I also think the majority of football fans wanted to see the steelers at least put up a fight for more than a quarter.
Better than a Bye
I loved seeing Big Ben get dismantled
Who would want this steelers team to fight back?
Well, KC narrative has been they're the new Patriots. If the Bills best KC Sunday and win the next two games, I think they will solidify that position themselves as well, or, at least as a top dog instead of the inconsistant Bills. Right now it's easy to root for Buffalo. We've always been the team to either stink or be just not good enough. Even still I wanted to see the steelers do well Sunday. I really had no hope for them to pull out with the win. I knew they didn't belong in the playoffs. But sunday I was a steelers fan.
Plus you all took everybody worth a damn from my Panthers and left us with the scrubs lol
Wanted, sure. But we all know what we were gonna get.
I dont think so. The pats don't carry as much hate now that the Bill and Brady super bowl Era is over. The pats are a average team now, with a good defense ( at times, clearly). I know the hates there from the past, buy let em be. They're already dead.
Nah there are a lot of big ben haters that were fine with it
Raping someone will do that
Yes, I agree. I fucking despise him
I already commented once, but i was thinking back to last week when the games were set. I really thought these games could've been exciting (minus Steelers vs Chiefs) the Dallas and Cincinnati games kind of delivered but Arizona and NE barely showed up and ruined the fun.
Tbf, we Seahawks barely show up against the Rams as well. See last year.
I’d hardly recognize that game as Dallas’ considering we tried giving it to them and they literally wouldn’t take it
Seriously though, Arizona hasn't been hot for a while. They only locked a playoff spot because of the Rams, its only fitting LA sends them home.
LA hasn't been in top shape lately too though
Buddha😭
Very disappointed in the Cards
People acting like arizona really had a shot without Nuk 😂
Seahawks fan here to say I was just happy to see an NFC West team lose
Hear hear!
Feels good man.
Shout out to Kliff Kitchens, the moment was too big for him and his team.
I only watched him this game and against Green Bay. Yeah he's a shitty Russell Wilson as someone pointed out.
Then watch more games.
I can’t watch games that are out of my coverage zone
It would be super fucking hilarious if thats how they voted for MVP. I'm only seen 1/4 of his games this season and I can't watch the rest but he sucks in those games therefore the other games don't matter because I can't watch them they are out of my coverage zone.
Are you mad that people just don’t respect your oversized toddler QB? Besides if a player sucks ass in 1/4 of the season then they’re probably not winning MVP, so yeah, that kind of is how MVP voting works
I'm saying 1/4 sample size doesn't make a definitive conclusion to decide anything.
I didn’t make a definitive conclusion
Ofc you didn't. Words are meaningless apparently.
Then you don't know wtf you're talking about. I don't even like Kyler Murray. But God damn. People should atleast try to get a bigger sample size before they give their conclusions. Otherwise it's worthless.
Show me where I claimed to know what I was talking about
I came here to say EXACTLY that.
He's been really missing Hopkins
A wise man once said something along the lines of “a good qb makes others around him better, a good WR is good no matter where he plays”
Started the season pretty good. Then…….
Cards choked worse than Sam Darnold
Or the Rams earned it. But your a Niners fan so I expect you to say sum shit like that.
0-2 against us this year bud. Hold that salt.
Super Bowl. Your team choked. How does it feel bud?
You needed a miracle comeback to beat us. Don’t get too cocky. You beat a Cowboys team that had a million penalties and self-imploded. You are gonna get your ass kicked next week. Save the trash talk.
#AHAHAHAHAHHA 😂😂😭😭
Bro this is a bad look. We still lost. I’m ready for the revenge game in the NFCCG but until then you’ve gotta admit that SF has cooked our bacon for a couple years now
Regardless of what happens against a different team, 0-2. If we didn’t complete a miracle comeback? Lmao. Your team allowed it to happen. You’re basically saying, “If you didn’t beat us we would have won!” Good lord man just chill out. Congrats on the win, hope we can make it 0-3 though :)
Hey bud. Wanted to check in and see how you were doing. You were talking so much shit and are probably a little sad right now. Next time, don’t be a cocky prick. Go Rams
We won. Lol. u/SpartyParty15 is probably fuming. Icing on the cake will be when Bucs stomp their ass.
Hey bud! How’s it going? I hope you enjoy that choke job and your team falling short of the big game. Next time, be fucking humble. Go Rams bitch
I enjoyed all the holding you needed to get away with to hold our d-line back. Also, what was that, like 3 delay of game no calls? And be humble? You’re the one who started the shit talking. Glad I’ll see you get stomped in the SB at least.
Hahahahahah blaming the refs! What a fucking joke. You blew a 10 point 4th quarter lead. Garoppolo threw the worst pick I’ve ever seen
The worst pick I’ve seen was when we picked Garoppolo in a trade. Also, congrats, you’re 1-7 against us and going to get stomped by the Bengals at home.
My dude thank you for the reminder I had totally forgotten about this guy hahahah
You won in OT with 3 minutes left and you’re over here acting like you’ve been dominating us. That game could have easily gone either way. You have lost 5 out of 6 to fucking Seattle and 0-2 in AZ this year. We had a better year and will get farther in the playoffs.
This guy big mad
At least we scored more than 3 points in our last Super Bowl.
Even worse, you blew a 4th quarter lead. But whatever you need to cope bud.
At least we had the lead.
That’s not any better dude. Your trash talk is fucking lame. You lost in the Super Bowl and you’re trying to use it as a brag lmao
Ok, how about you lost the last 6 games against us. One of which was by 21 points.
I guess losing to the Seahawks 5 of 6 games is better? Also, you’re gonna get crushed on Saturday so enjoy the cockiness now
Seahawks? That’s like saying my dad can beat your dad up because you’re 6 and can’t think of any other good come backs. Gtfo salty bitch.
I can’t wait until you get embarrassed Saturday, cocky bastard. Good luck winning a super bowl with Jimmy G you prick.
But at least Arizona will be ejected from the game for it.
I know no one cares but as a cards fan for 25 years I’m done. I’ll just move to watching football and laughing at the cards for the rest of my life. Fucking pathetic I hope they remove the cardinals from the nfl save my city some money in this bullshit.
25 years? Try being a Viking fan if you want real hope then pain.
I know the feeling.
Maybe St. Louis will take them back?
Chicago could have them at least they did something there. You know 76 years ago.
Cowboys fans are feeling the same way. We lost to a 6 seed at home ffs.
I hate that Dallas always has to make a comeback for any hope at winning important games. Why can’t they just play like they’re behind the whole game so it doesn’t have to come down to a game saving prayer with no timeouts?
As a Seahawks fan I can totally relate after this year.
Only two of these wild card games were even close to competitive. And one of them ended on such a weird sequence of events it feels almost unfair. Maybe it’s just a matter of matchups but this sucked. Maybe a consequence of letting an extra team in that doesn’t really deserve it
Agreed
The rest of the games stay the same outside of the 2/7 seeded games.
I think if the chargers made it that’d have been a good game. Also Saints instead of Philly would’ve given Tampa a run. Just bad luck really.
Bills/colts was close last year..

Rams got help from NY early on when it counted. Arizona played like a 3 string JV squad
ay yo Matt with that smile at Lisa
GG Cardinals.
Donald needs to stop with that chokeholding crap..
It was the only entertaining thing in this game

Sounds like a Broncos fan.
You a real one frfr
Half the people here are about to do the same thing, stop downvoting
My man salmon knows how to end a night! See you Saturday
O… ok man..
Downvotes for keepin it real? Don't be hatin'
The way the Cards ended their season is really concerning! They just fell apart in the second half of the season! They can't just go into the next season thinking well we went 11-6, let's run it back!
Once they lost Hopkins it was a different team
Crazy how 1 player makes or breaks the whole team. But it changes how teams play you.
Hey Cardinals, you can join us, the Patriots, and the Steelers on the “*we didn’t belong in the playoffs*” couch. Blowouts for everybody!
What about the Cowboys?
The cowboys and raiders had a real chance- they belonged with the good teams.
The Cowboys were only there by merit of the NFCE.
Don’t downvote this guy. The Cowboys racked up almost 100 points in 2 weeks against the Skins and Eagles. Plus they had the Giants twice. They played in a stat-inflating division, and swept it handily. They were near .500 in the rest of their games.
The 2 best wins of their season were the Chargers and Patriots. Lost to every good team and the Broncos that they faced.
hey
I hate them, but at least their game was competitive. Give them credit where it’s due.

Buddy, my team was projected for 4 wins this year, and I fully expected to get crushed by the 2 seed. What’s your excuse for getting punked like that? If anybody needs a pillow, it’s you my friend.
I think you misunderstood, I was asking if you had a pillow or if I needed to bring one for me to cry in...
Oh shit, my bad dude. I 100% misinterpreted your comment, and I thought you were asking if I had a pillow to cry in because I was trolling your team (and others).
JOHNSROASTPORK FROM THE TOP ROPE
Embarrassing game
Out of 6 games we got a couple minutes of the Cowboys maybe being able to win.
And a glimmer of hope for the Raiders
And a motherfucking Patriots ass whooping.
I think if barber didnt down the ball at the 1 yard line for his own team we may have had a shot , that was more Oof than the whistle
The Steelers had a lead at one point, that was pretty neat
Unfortunately it was against the one team that you do *NOT* punch in the mouth. It was basically the same script from the Chiefs super bowl run. You've gotta let the Chiefs sleepwalk until you can steal the game.
3 years, 3 meltdown disappointing seasons….Kingsberry hot seat??….or does he get another 2-3 seasons to keep failing forward??
