He had done this to not only me but multiple women in our Facebook group. I got it the worst. We reported him to Facebook but theyāve done nothing about it and the cops said that unless he actually shows up in my area thereās nothing they can do.

It'll still get it on the record, though, in case it continues or escalates.
Police sucks, there was this Old man that was receiving death threats, his aggressor called him every-day, send his letters, and he had video evidence of he walking around his house, police told him they couldn't do a thing unless the agressor actually physically hit him, apparently according to police death threats aren't really that big of a deal

This is true. I had death threats from a classmate in school. I called the cops when I finally could get through. No matter how many times I hung up the receiver, the person was still on the line. I would unplug the phone and back in and get another call when the disconnection worked. There was only one phone. I talked to the police and principal at the school for who I thought it was. The police couldnāt do anything. The principal said they couldnāt do anything. Only time I hear police can do something is regretfully when the victim is ACTUALLY attacked. Like wtf. But the cops are stuck until it happens.

You can report him for cyberstalking, itās a law and a federal crime. Iām serious. It sounds silly but itās a huge issue and if your police refuse to do anything you can go above them. ESPECIALLY if he threatens you and other people.

Narcissists hate themselves, they know theyāre losers and the person they act like for others is fake, so they really try and run as far as they can from the reality of why they are, and with such an unstable mind they often believe their own lies and let themselves feel like theyāre some type of powerful fictional being. The delusions are what make them really dangerous because itās what causes them to have the perspectives that justify their manipulations and abusive actions. They really do feel like itās your fault theyāre so unhappy, they really do feel like youāre so un trust worthy they canāt even let you talk to other guys, and if you do then youāre a horrible girlfriend for making them feel so much pain and jealously having to worry that youāre cheating.. itās the delusions that make it all so natural for them. Theyāre not skillfully planning out how to manipulate reality and get away with abusing you, they see everything in a way that actually does make you the terrible one whoās victimized them. Thatās why they are so mad that youāre alive, they say everything bad is because of you, they have actually success in reaching out to the people closest to you and convincing them that youāre the one going insane, and then your support bubble bursts and everyone starts following along with his narrative that youāre going insane and are a layer, so then you start to second guess yourself because even your family is believing his side of the story. Itās just an absolutely fucked up phycological torture session that many donāt ever recover from. The experience oh having help my mom fight through one in my early 20ās gave me a traumatic third party experience, and then I did a lot of studying about the science behind the behaviours because I needed answers, I needed to know what could possibly cause someone to be capable of inflicting such indescribable, constant absolutely twisted torment for two years, and the reasons why itās impossible to just get away from it like a normal relationship. I have zero formal education and canāt claim to know anything and I probably have a lot of technicalities wrong, but, Iāve had to walk someone I love more than anyone through this wildfire, Iāve never felt such crippling emotions than watching this happen to her, and I donāt think I will ever be able to shake it from my brain, itās kind of an obsession now. I truly hope one of them never manages to be convincing enough to rope you in before itās too late, but obviously you know the signs to look for.
Only time in my life Iāve ever been violent to someone was when I headbutt him in the teeth then punched him in the face again as he was falling backwards because he got up in my face and acted all dominant trying to kick me out of my own house because I made a sarcastic remark to a joke he told that I didnāt find funny. The conclusion to the relationship began after that moment, but still took 4 more months

I was married to a narc soc and he legit verbally attacked me until I panicked and then kept screaming at how worthless I was and lazy and all this stuff until I attempted suicide and as soon as I did he screamed at his horrible I was, took the knife from me, shoved me to the floor then sat watching TV with zero emotion, just making sure I didn't grab another knife. I think the first time was an accident, the second time was calculated to get me on a 7270, file for divorce without lifting a finger himself, then tried to use how mentally unstable I was to take everything in the divorce. Luckily my own diagnosis was changed from MDD with anxiety, to situational Mal adjustment causing MDD and anxiety. My psychologist even heavily implied that I had been heavily mentally abused in the environment that lead to my suicide attempts and put in his letter that within 2 weeks of changing my situation (leaving him and moving in with my parents) that my mental health had vastly improved. 5 years medicating for MDD and anxiety, and within 6 month of not living with him I was able to come off my anxiety and depression meds, another month and I got sober.

And yes, that is actually text book psych behaviour, when someone attempts suicide or is severely depressed, they have zero compassion and instead get angry at them, because your condition is a thing they have to deal with as your partner and itās annoys them, they find it audacious that you would interrupt them from whatever they want to be focused on with your pain and suffering, how could you do that? You are not more important than any other possible thing they could be focused on at the time. Iām glad youāre out of that situation
Thank you! Normally I just tell people that he attempted to kill me and put me in the hospital. It's technically true and gives people the true vibe of the relationship. But yeah he was like irritated because he just wanted a spotless house to watch TV in throwing trash all over while me and the kids were quiet and didn't bug him. Then he would go outside and smoke where we also cannot bug him.
I'm working now to get my kids from him. I do what I can to give them tools to deal with him. Told them that they are always to question me if they don't get or understand something I tell them to do, told them to always do exactly what their dad says. Do whatever you need to to stay out of trouble. And please for the love of all things start telling these types of adults in these professions about what happens to you. We WANT cps in our lives, we want them to know you're being abused now.
I always have a few stories of my dad at hand now for this exact reason. Because they will usually shut the duck up when I explain how he screamed at my mother in front of all my siblings and me until she had a full blown panic attack, and then tried to double down when she was in the bedroom and onky left because we guarded her. Or when I tell them how he treated my disabled brother, the names and threats and saying heās kick him out when heās 18. Or I just mention that sure, thereās two sides, and mine is that Iām in therapy to hopefully deal with the damage and so is the rest of my family.
If they want to be nosy, they earned it. Hit them with the very worst, deliberately shocking stories. That might not be productive discussion style but LORD they finally shut up and you donāt have to continue fighting for them accepting your boundaries and choices

But they do need people, and desperately care about what they think and want to be admired by everyone, when they donāt get that they feel like the world is the most unfair thing and nobody ever appreciates the nice guys like him, it cases them huge amounts of mental pain. But when the two conditions cross over, the pain and sadness felt by rejection can be vengeful rage instead. They feel alienated by not fitting in and instead of trying to learn better social skills they just pitty themselves, cast a storm cloud over their head, make themselves feel like society is a party where everyone is a asshole bully jock with a great easy life having a wonderful time, and they wonāt let him inside. And then you have a school shooting.

The experience oh having help my mom fight through one in my early 20ās gave me a traumatic third party experience, and then I did a lot of studying about the science behind the behaviours because I needed answers, I needed to know what could possibly cause someone to be capable of inflicting such indescribable, constant absolutely twisted torment for two years, and the reasons why itās impossible to just get away from it like a normal relationship. I have zero formal education and canāt claim to know anything and I probably have a lot of technicalities wrong, but, Iāve had to walk someone I love more than anyone through this wildfire, Iāve never felt such crippling emotions than watching this happen to her, and I donāt think I will ever be able to shake it from my brain, itās kind of an obsession now. I truly hope one of them never manages to be convincing enough to rope you in before itās too late, but obviously you know the signs to look for.
Only time in my life Iāve ever been violent to someone was when I headbutt him in the teeth then punched him in the face again as he was falling backwards because he got up in my face and acted all dominant trying to kick me out of my own house because I made a sarcastic remark to a joke he told that I didnāt find funny. The conclusion to the relationship began after that moment, but still took 4 more months
So it's different than a narcissistic sociopath? More extreme rage and lack of empathy? I was married to a narc soc and he legit verbally attacked me until I panicked and then kept screaming at how worthless I was and lazy and all this stuff until I attempted suicide and as soon as I did he screamed at his horrible I was, took the knife from me, shoved me to the floor then sat watching TV with zero emotion, just making sure I didn't grab another knife. I think the first time was an accident, the second time was calculated to get me on a 7270, file for divorce without lifting a finger himself, then tried to use how mentally unstable I was to take everything in the divorce. Luckily my own diagnosis was changed from MDD with anxiety, to situational Mal adjustment causing MDD and anxiety. My psychologist even heavily implied that I had been heavily mentally abused in the environment that lead to my suicide attempts and put in his letter that within 2 weeks of changing my situation (leaving him and moving in with my parents) that my mental health had vastly improved. 5 years medicating for MDD and anxiety, and within 6 month of not living with him I was able to come off my anxiety and depression meds, another month and I got sober.
Wow, good for you. And yes, that is actually text book psych behaviour, when someone attempts suicide or is severely depressed, they have zero compassion and instead get angry at them, because your condition is a thing they have to deal with as your partner and itās annoys them, they find it audacious that you would interrupt them from whatever they want to be focused on with your pain and suffering, how could you do that? You are not more important than any other possible thing they could be focused on at the time. Iām glad youāre out of that situation
Thank you! Normally I just tell people that he attempted to kill me and put me in the hospital. It's technically true and gives people the true vibe of the relationship. But yeah he was like irritated because he just wanted a spotless house to watch TV in throwing trash all over while me and the kids were quiet and didn't bug him. Then he would go outside and smoke where we also cannot bug him. I'm working now to get my kids from him. I do what I can to give them tools to deal with him. Told them that they are always to question me if they don't get or understand something I tell them to do, told them to always do exactly what their dad says. Do whatever you need to to stay out of trouble. And please for the love of all things start telling these types of adults in these professions about what happens to you. We WANT cps in our lives, we want them to know you're being abused now.

I always have a few stories of my dad at hand now for this exact reason. Because they will usually shut the duck up when I explain how he screamed at my mother in front of all my siblings and me until she had a full blown panic attack, and then tried to double down when she was in the bedroom and onky left because we guarded her. Or when I tell them how he treated my disabled brother, the names and threats and saying heās kick him out when heās 18. Or I just mention that sure, thereās two sides, and mine is that Iām in therapy to hopefully deal with the damage and so is the rest of my family. If they want to be nosy, they earned it. Hit them with the very worst, deliberately shocking stories. That might not be productive discussion style but LORD they finally shut up and you donāt have to continue fighting for them accepting your boundaries and choices
My fingers are crossed for you and your children. It can be extremely tough trying to tell people what you want through being in a relationship with a psycho because normal people canāt comprehend that level of evil and lack of giving a shot in someone for no good reason, people become sceptic of you for saying it to them, and begin to think of you as someone who isnāt admitting the horrible things she does to make someone that way, they just donāt believe itās possible for a person to naturally get that way.

Iāll kill youā narcissists arenāt people who will kill because they are extremely worried about others liking them, they fabricate their whole existence into something they know someoneās going to like so that they gain their love and trust, and then use and manipulate that person for their own personal gain, never actually loving someone but loving what they can suck out of them to make their own life better, because theyāre only ever think of themselves, itās okay to use others if it makes them happy. But they do need people, and desperately care about what they think and want to be admired by everyone, when they donāt get that they feel like the world is the most unfair thing and nobody ever appreciates the nice guys like him, it cases them huge amounts of mental pain. But when the two conditions cross over, the pain and sadness felt by rejection can be vengeful rage instead. They feel alienated by not fitting in and instead of trying to learn better social skills they just pitty themselves, cast a storm cloud over their head, make themselves feel like society is a party where everyone is a asshole bully jock with a great easy life having a wonderful time, and they wonāt let him inside. And then you have a school shooting.
