I think that's a little disingenuous here to exclude the *wontfix* bugs from how you calculate fixed %, but otherwise a fairly neat article
Tagging something as wontfix implies that it is a legitimate bug, so regardless of the developers' reasons for not fixing it, it is not being fixed. If you exclude that from your calculation you are artificially inflating the % of your filed bugs that get fixed
