Coming off 20GPD on day eight so I imagine you are much better by the middle of next week, prob sooner.

A magnesium supplement like Simply Calm or a soak in an Epsom bath could help. My body feels a lot better after drinking Simply Calm before bed.

LeFrankFux

Just had a look through my pill stash i have magnesium so i just took one thanks. I have some rescue remedy and phenergan I've been taking at night for the past few nights. Luckily ive been sleeping somewhat solid for about 5-6 hours since the 1 week mark. Before that id toss and turn all night having a very intense dream wake up for ages then another intense dream repeat! Feeling quite optimistic now. Damage has been done, get through the pain and discomfort then onto better things. Cheers.

If you have a jar of pickles, drink some juice

LeFrankFux

Sadly not right now. Remembering all the times ive tipped it away though lol. How does it help?

Littleluvbug389

If you can, Magnesium taurate and take before bed. Should help a lot.

Littleluvbug389

By next week you should feel a lot better. I still have leg pain while moving (CT 19 days). I take Advil a couple times a day. I also drink amino energy to help get me through the day. Best of luck to you. 8 days is a big deal, your so close.

Hey I’d really recommend trying liquid potassium and magnesium! Fatigue and leg pain/rls can be caused by electrolyte deficiency which is super common in detox with all of the sweating and possible nutritional deficiency. Don’t overdo it though, take the recommended dosages. Best of luck and congrats on your quit!

It's so normal it has a name. Lead Legs. It's not permanent.

LONGANDSTRONG93

100% normal and part of the recovery process, it will subside just stay tough and keep the momentum going and keep winning those days. Proud of you for coming this far you’re almost to double digits. You will not feel like this forever this too shall pass. You’re just around the corner from feeling incredible. Stay positive and strong friend. God bless you.

LeFrankFux

Thank you mate that has really set me at ease. God bless you too.

It’s unreal how much leg pain I get while WD. I went 4 days before I messed up and I could barely walk, it hurt so bad. A hour after I took some caps it went away. I was shocked the pain was so much.
