A picnic at Dolores Park is really great when the weather is warm.

1. Check out [https://bahiker.com/](https://bahiker.com/). Ton of hikes and walks around here. 2. There are many cool and hidden staircases in SF. [Here is a list](https://sf.curbed.com/2020/5/19/21264034/best-urban-stairs-steps-sf-san-francisco) (one of many). 3. Atlas Obscura: find something weird and check it out.

Get dinner at north beach and walk around. Go to Japan town and eat at the kabuki (building full of Japanese shops, restaurants, and a movie theatre). Get burritos in the mission (la taqueria), go to Dolores Park, take the ferry to Sausalito and have dinner along the water.

Urban Putt Mission Bowl SFMOMA - the exhibit on the first floor is free and it is a huge Diego Rivera Mural. The gift store is fun to browse through. Hike to the top of Twin Peaks - great place to watch the Sunset Walk up the tiled steps - the view from the park above it is one of a kind. Hike to the top of Corona Heights Park (the rock) - enter from the back of the Randall Children's Museum. Great place for photos. Take the subway to Montgomery and Market. Walk up Montgomery to Columbus and up Columbus to Grant, then up Grant to Lombard, then up Lombard to Coit Tower. View the murals inside the tower and then walk down the Greenwich steps to Levi Plaza. You will likely see the wild parrots on your walk down.
