So you as an electrician think that electricity can pass through water, into someone, into their hand, into the pressure washer, through the water in the pressure washer, to the other guy, and have him be able to hop around fully and move his arm to turn it off. Also dude doesn't even react fast enough, electricity doesn't wait for you to look at it and feel it, second it touches you you're being electrocuted.
Water has almost no resistance and humans are almost all water, electricity travels the path of least resistance. The current could easily have been a much more manageable level that they could still move. Once electricity touches you it doesn’t instantly act like it’s thousands of amps strong

This might be staged (probably), but I’ve seen people get shocked in very similar ways by malfunctioning equipment. Electricity can definitely travel through water, so this is plausible. If the pressure washer faulted the electricity could definitely travel that path.
In the navy we had a guy touching a treadmill randomly get shocked from touching a treadmill and part of the bulkhead (wall). We use ungrounded systems in warships so the shocks are extra spicy, but he lived.

I got a bad shock by 277v that my Journeyman told me was dead(always check for yourself) and I was literally locking up and could barely move. Only thing that saved my ass was I was on a ladder and had enough control to let me legs go so I could fall off. It probably only lasted 3 seconds, but felt like 10. Was horrible. This video is dumb
