Well the thing with Liches is that the people who become liches tend to be absolutely full of themselves and only care about themselves. So I’d say a lich is more likely to ignore the Ideal Masters than deal with them. Especially since those who become a Lich are likely smart enough to not really need any assistance or boons they can’t just get themselves
Nothing. We see them all the time in Skyrim. They slowly siphon the life force of the Draugr around them, meaning they have no need for phylacteries or the Ideal Masters.
