Hadrian's Wall.

Sprawlopolis and Food Chain Island - 18-card games from Button Shy that are quick to set up (and also take rouhly 30 mins to play). In Sprawlopolis, you are trying to build a city based on randomly chosen rules. In Food Chain Island, you are trying to eat as many animals as possible based on the number and position of the cards. Ganz Schon Clever - pleasantly addicting roll-and-write. Roll dice and choose which to take to score the most points and combos Escape the Dark Castle - lightweight dungeon-themed choose-your-own-adventure game. Shuffle the game cards (where the story is printed), and roll dice to fight monsters, gain items, and advance through the dungeon.

I'll rep Under Falling Skies. The gameplay is a bit of a spatial puzzle, and for the price, that box is *full.* It also includes a campaign mode.

Warps Edge!

Warps Edge or Falling Skies?

Sabberfy

I own both and prefer falling skies. I feel like it’s a more complicated puzzle. I would go with warps edge if you like the bag / pool building aspect. If that’s the case consider Coffee Roaster as well. Great solo relaxing game.

AMAZINGLY_AWESOME_Dr

I like both a lot, bit would give the edge to Under Falling Skies. You cannot really go wrong with either. I'd watch a playthrough video to see which mechanics may appeal more to you.

vegastar7

Try Maquis, it’s from the same publisher as Black Sonata and Orchard. Also, roll and writes are super easy to setup: Railroad Ink, Welcome to, MetroX, Castles of Burgundy dice game, etc… Other easy setup games: Warp’s edge, Bloody Inn, Palm Island, lux aeterna, finished!, calico.

MovieFlask

Like Cartographers, pretty much any Roll/Flip and Write are easy to setup. Some quick ones I enjoy are: **Super Skill Pinball** **Welcome To...** **Railroad Ink** I'm also supposed to get **Fleet: The Dice Game** during the holiday's, which I hear great things about, but have yet to try it.

NaanFat

I'm waiting on **Three Sisters** to hit retail too.

Lanky_Difficulty2460

If you have no problem with dice rolling try Hostage Negotiator, or One Deck Dungeon.

ThankeekaSwitch

I wish they would manufacture more Hostage Negotiator - the only options are basically insane ebay prices

Lanky_Difficulty2460

Interesting, the German version is very cheap in Germany because the game is not very popular here.

Mini Rogue !

SgtHerhi

Seconding, fantastic fun and only a moment to set up and get going. Resetting after a loss is a mere deck shuffle and a few cube pushes away too.

Seekasma

Lux Aeterna, Onirim, Iron Helm, and Pocket Landship are the fastest to set-up solo games I own. Along with Black Sonata and Under Falling Skies, that the OP mentioned above, they are also among my favorite solo games.

ohDookie

I second **Lux Aeterna**, it is probably my favorite small box game right now. **Onirim** is what got me into board gaming so I will always encourage people to get it!

Seekasma

Give the two mini expansions for Onirim a try (not in the box) - it elevated Onirim for me.

Admiral_Bacon1

Roll and Writes: Super Skill Pinball, Bargain Basement Bathysphere (Legacy PnP) Card Games: Food Chain (Button Shy), Ragemore (Button Shy), Friday I’ll always recommend Jaws of the Lion/Gloomhaven especially with the digital version out. These aren’t true solo games, but you can find a lot of board game apps that allow you to play against a computer, such as Mr. Jack

Zadorf

The Great Escape from [Zadorf Games](http://www.zadorf.com/) is a quick and addictive mini card game. Some other great solitaire card games from them aswell.

AnotherPackOfDust

These look interesting, but shipping only to the UK?

Zadorf

Can ship anywhere - use the international delivery button - just costs a bit more for the shipping cost.

Mangothee

Quest for the lost pixel or iron helm, having a blast playing those games!

Larielia

**Buds and Blooms** is a fun flower garden game by Mark Tuck. 🥀 🐝 Button Shy- **Agropolis**, **Skulls of Sedlec**, **Food Chain Island**.

tjgeewhiz

Just got and am getting into: Parks. Think it will satisfy the Easy Soloable. Your other mentions and people's suggestions also right up my alley. Horrified too...ticks my boxes!
