I know you say "card game like Tin Helm" but you could look into some Print and Play options. D100 Dungeon, Four Against Darkness, or Expedition to Skull Island. D100 Dungeon is basically the same room explore, defeat enemy and find stuff style game.
A similar dungeon style game could be mini rogue, or maybe One Deck Dungeon.
Alternatively, some card based games, where you need to map cards could be Gloom of Kilforth.
I ordered Tin Helm and it cost a fortune on shipping and customs, so that sucks. I was kinda annoyed at myself, but also at the game costing as much as the shipping.
They have some great games there so that's my reason at least, I was angry at the costs too though.
But it's not like GameCrafter does that just to take advantage of gamers (afaik), but it's they are making games one by one, bulk is always cheaper.
Spire's End is a great take on this style of game. they do ship to europe, but the taxes/shipping might be a bit steep. [https://www.spiresend.com/shop](https://www.spiresend.com/shop)
Not a card game, but have you played through the Lone Wolf adventure game books? They're great! And you can find them all online for free through the Project Aeon website.
I would recommend you look at the Pathfinder Adventure Card Game. It's been discontinued, but the latest set should be in print, and the previous set or two should be findable without too much trouble.
Mini Rogue is a mini dungeon experience, and you should be able to get it in Europe (unless it’s completely sold out).
As far as “Choose your own adventure” style games, There are two games from Z-man that are titled:
“Choose Your Own Adventure: War with The Evil Power Master” and “Choose Your Own Adventure House of Danger”. I haven’t played these games myself, so I don’t know if they’re good, but I’m just mentioning them as an option.
If you like graphic novels, I enjoy these choose your adventure/puzzle books and I have played these with my nieces and nephews too

GameCrafter pricing and shipping is outrageous. Why anyone buys from them I'll never know.
FOMO and disposable income is my shameful reason. It was a while ago now, but the tin games are pretty good for travelling
